Hi
I am joining Party and some others with insomnia! It's 4.30am and I am typing a question on ADBB!!
I have always had a funny weightloss pattern - usually lose small amount for three weeks and then have a whooshie on the fourth (after TOM).
Last month, I lost 4 pounds but missed the whoosh
I was on holiday and although I was extremely careful about my food choices (to the point of being a bit boring!), I guess I could have eaten hidden sugars/breadcrumbs as I didn't prepare the food myself. This could explain why I have stayed the same.
I am now on rung 5 and am thinking should I stay here or should I drop back to try and get things moving again? If you drop back do you jump back up to your previous rung when you start losing again?
I know after the initial loss you can stall for a while and my clothes are feeling looser but I could do with seeing some loss - however small!!
Any advice would be great.
