  • Roll Call - Tuesday 8 April

    Morning all

    Well, still in my weight stall :-( It will be three weeks tomorrow. I am pretty cetain I have dropped inches though as the jeans I bought three weeks ago (and were tight at the time) are now falling down.

    I posted my daily menu on the review forum and hope I am not doing anything wrong!

    Good Morning.. Well I am up 2lbs now...so I guess I broke the stall..going the other way.. This time it is my fault.. I caved to that Peanut Butter Egg of my Husbands from Easter.. It wasn't even good...

    Yesterday my daughter and I did some MAJOR cleaning on her bedroom.. My entire Love Seat is piled high with stuff from her room and my son's to get rid of.. Her room looks great! Still need to do my room but I have one more thing to do on my taxes before I plunge in there..

      Just popping in to say that I'm alive and kicking! Sticking with the plan, dunno if the weight is going anywhere or not! Atleast I'm not gaining, thats always a good thing! Did core synergistic this morning and looking forward to phase 4 of P90X next week. I'll be done with this round of P90X when that is done. I'm still debating whether to do another round or not. I'm looking into Turbo Jam. Might be fun to mix it up. My strategy for now is to avoid food that isn't legal, avoid thinking about food, looking at food, smelling food, and staying super busy. I'm also avoiding the kitchen when possible too. That seems to be working pretty well for now and a lot is getting accomplished! Stay legal STACers! Remember, nothing tastes as good as you think its going to!

          Sorry to hear you caved in Sandy! I'm sure that 2 pounds will be gone soon though.

          Good for you with all your exercising Beanpole. I need to get some in to my life.

            Good morning everybody, spring break down here in Atlanta. It's been cool and overcast. Ive been riding my bike and I swam yesterday, getting that arm of my life moving again. Working on food! Have a great day, keep your focus!

                    worked out hard last night, feel sore today but hitting the gym again after work. TOM arrived this morning (finally) and for me, once it actually gets here i get a big whoosh of all the fluid i have retained the 5 days prior, so that made me pretty happy this morning.

                      i'm here!!! been a slacker the last two days. no elliptical. i have been a little "mental" and i think the stress caught up with me and i am just worn out. i should do it as soon as i get home but i have not been able to the last two days and by the time i have time, i am out of steam. i know, no excuses. hopefully today. but i AM down half a pound. i'll take what i can get.

                          Quick check in to see what is going on today. Am on a lunch break~~~painting DD's apt today~~~yep I have the day off from work.

                          Food is good & H20 intake @ 96 oz qd. The sun is shining & we are able to have the windows open for awhile. Nothing like fresh air to get all the cobwebs out of the head!! It's a good day!

                            I"m checking in..... yes I know it's after 4 and I still have a ton to do... about to go and collect eggs and milk the goat (who is probably in pain and screamng at me by now - yes I'm running late)

                            TOM is here and well I don't like it, plain and simple. Makes me cranky.

                            Yesterday was awful with the kids and day 1 of school (homeschooling - they took a 2 week break and now are into year 2 of it since we school year round). Today was a lot better and we survived each other.

                            Making taco meat tonight - kids get nachos, I get a taco salad. Don't know - I'm not really hungry as I ate a big late lunch.

                            Can't wait for TOM to go away though as I was seeing movement on the scale and now I don't cause I'm bloated.... blah

                              Staying on course, so far. I got right back on induction after my cheating weekend (usually after a cheat, it takes me a lot longer to get restarted, and takes several tries). I cooked a pork roast last night that is to die for - a piece of it made a yumy portion of my lunch today. I might take another portion and make a taco salad tonight.

                              Off to the gym tonight, since we're expecting rain. Tough to be indoors, in an office, during the good weather, and home only when it rains. Figures.
