    hi, late check in. i'm really thirsty. had a cesar salad for a lunch from a restaurant and i'm thinking it had a lot of sodium or something. chugging chugging my water. that's all for now! gotta figure out what's for dinner now...

      I am doing great this week with exercise and not cheating, but the scale this morning had me up 5 pounds! So I though about it and realized that I had soy sauce at lunch yesterday and just maybe that caused the water to pile up. Any way, I have decided to weigh in only once every two weeks (If I can stand it). I have to get used to the soy-water stuff since I am living in China. There are going to be a lot of bad scale days. LOL
