    Hi Guys

    I am so happy this morning. Having gone back to rung one and cut back on cream the scale is finally moving!!

    2 pounds down this morning!

    I had whooshie pie yesterday - maybe it really works!

    My jeans literally fall off now (I only bought them a month ago!) and so I've just ordered two pairs in a UK size 16 (US 12/14). I haven't worn that size since 2004 (pre-children!).

    Good Morning.. I am not on track.. Today is a new day.... I have gotten a lot done at home..so I do feel like I have been busy and productive....

      I'm here! Back down into the 141's.....so it just goes down from here.

      I'm tired though - I helped with shearing our sheep and llamas yesterday and it was a workout!! Then I moved the back to the very back field..... and didn't stop all day.. My body was sore!!!!

      Oh well off to do more stuff Have a farm tour scheduled for today and honestly - they are a lot of fun to do because I like sharing my farm with people.

        I haven't been around the 2nd Time Around Club for a long time, but like to come in for some inspiration now and again.

        Way to go Zarabelle! I was just thinking the other day about the first time I noticed my pants being way too big to wear anymore....that's the best feeling when you can see results!

        Hello to chicamarun and Sandy....haven't talked to you for a long time Sandy...glad to see you're thriving here too.

          I have dropped almost three sizes now! Was bursting out of a UK20 when I started! It is a great feeling.

            good morning. trying to get the scale and/or tape measure moving. have cut back on using splenda and keeping cheese down too. hubby says i look like i am getting smaller...but you know how men are. i could gain 20 lbs..oh wait i almost did that...and he still tells me how small i look. i love him..but i think i'll stick with measurements etc to gauge the progress lol.

            it has been awhile since i've weighed myself. had some crazy TOM issues that have finally left after almost two weeks. i think i will step on the scale this weekend. really hoping for a good sign. pants still don't feel any different.

            well, at least it is thursday! the weekend will be here soon i hope! AND hubby and i are going to sox/tigers game on friday night! GO TIGERS! (yes, we are implants to chicago...could never root for anyone but the tigers!!!!)

              Hi I restarting and on day 10. Iam 10 pounds down- although my scale is screwy and I never really know. Feeling ok food wise TOM is coming and it is affecting me- but trying hard and had a spoon of cream and splenda this am to hopefully curb my mental sugar craving!!!

                Make sure to take measurements! This will help you more than you know, because you loose many more inches than weight!

                  I was bad last night. I didn't go to the gym, and I ate too much. I ate according to plan - just too much of it. I had every intention of going to the gym, or running in the park, when I got home, but I made dinner, then sat down on the couch for a little television and reading, got engrossed in the book, and the time slipped away. I hate that.

                  Off to the gym tonight. I'm going to try and train myself to not eat as soon as I get home, but exercise first instead. I'm hoping that doing so will ensure that I exercise nightly, as I have been.

                    GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!
                    I am still stalled (actually gained) but I was reading in the vitamins/supplement section and I am not taking anything. Maybe this is why I am stalled?? I am thinking of going to buy some L-Carnitine, Chromium Picolinate and some Centrum Silver. Anyone taking these?

                    Well, Off to exercise and get my 5 year old ready for school. I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL day!

                      sounds like there are a lot of sighs of relief today (way to go zarabelle)! i will add to that by saying my small size 6's are fitting comfortably and the bigger size 4's are good, too. so i am prob back at my ticker wt after almost a week back on induction, and 3 pounds to go to get to goal!

                            Morning all!

                            Boot Camp class last night was a butt kicker - I am sore this morn - and feel great!
                            Scale the same - So what else is new? I do have a confession though... For the past two weeks, I have been incorporating whole grains and fruit into my menu and I feel really good. Granted the scale is still the same, I have lost inches, but it was the same for 2 months of following Atkins to a T. So I thought I would shake things up and actually really enjoy what I'm doing now. We'll see what happens...
                            So I don't know if I should be on here, although I really enjoy checking in on all of you - mind if I hang around?

                              Morning! Back to my classroom today after 3 weeks off. Could have used another week, for sure for sure for sure........ah, well. Good to see all of the kiddos, and only 2 days until a weekend, lol

                              I'm still the same old same old. No loss, no gain. At least, not on the scale. But one of my fellow teachers asked me if I lost weight over vacation - said I looked thinner - so maybe I'm narrower. Things still seem to fit the same, though.

                              I think this is just going to be a slow loss cycle for me. And I don't mind, I guess. I feel good and I'm healthy and I don't look disgusting <grin>
