    Morning all

    Another pound down (3 in two days) Am freezing in the evenings - almost like induction

    Acheived a lot already and it's only just gone 9am. Got up, cleaned the downstairs of my house. Beef Bourguinon in the crockpot. Kids up and about to have breakfast. Food all planned and in fitday.

    The kids and I are off to visit a farm this morning with my parents. Should be fun. It's cold here but sunny at the moment.

    Good morning everyone. Happy Friday!

    Yesterday I had a colonoscopy. Sorry if it's tmi. Anyway, I was looking forward to a big drop in weight, even if only temporarily. Wrong-O! I had drink this yucky, very salty stuff. At home, before the procedure I actually weighed 8lbs more!! Wah! Anyway, good news is that everything looked great, well at least as great as those things can look. Hoping for some real weight loss this weekend.

    Oh, and my belly dance instructor is restarting her schedule on Monday, so I am finally starting classes again next week. Gotta go shopping this weekend. I thought yoga pants might work well. I even talked a friend into joining the class with me. Yea! Very excited. Can't wait.

        Zarabelle, congrats on the weightloss! When I was preparing for my procedure, I had terrible chills. The nurse said that it's caused by dehydration and an imbalance in electrolytes. I'm sure you drink a lot, but maybe you need to drink even more? Just a thought.

          TGIF!! this has seemed like the longest week ever. nothing new to report. bought some L-Carnitine so i am looking forward to incorporating that into my WOL. hope it will jump start something. i think i will get on the scale tomorrow. nervous!!! will be crushed if no change..or gain..again.

            Good Morning All

            I just posted a list of everything I am taking over in vitamins/supplements. Just wondering if anyone has time to check it out and let me know if I am taking to much, to little, should I spread them out more.. etc...
            I have to do something to jump start my weight loss again.. I am sick and tired of being in a stall (gain)

            Anyways, I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday!

                  sheepie, sorry about the colonoscopy...they make it now so you can just take pills/water to achieve the same effect as drinking that nasty NuLytely or whatever you had to drink....

                    Morning, all. TGIF. I did NOT want to wake up this morning.....wanted to stay in my cocoon with dh and sleep the morning away!

                    It's going to be a beautiful day today and if I can wake up I'm sure I'll enjoy it, lol. Upper 70s and sunny!

                    I took a look at Fitday last night and I'm not thrilled with what's going on. I'm still very low in calories on average, though some days I do get up to 1600. My carbs are fine but I think maybe the greek yogurt is hurting me - not sure.

                    I think what I'm going to do is start a 2-week strict induction again next Tuesday (mon. is my birthday and cheesecake day!) and see if that helps jump start any losses. With the resuming of running, that may get me going. As I have said, I really don't mind this incredibly slow losing process, but if I'm going to not have ANY movement on the scale for 6-8 weeks, I should try something.

                      Hi Sheepie - sorry to hear about your procedure. Glad it was all OK though.
                      I can't see it could be dehydration as I drink 12oz of water pretty much every hour! Could be electrolytes though as I am losing quickly (not that I am complaining!).

                        Glad you woke up to join us.. I woke up super early today to go to the gym. I feel good, but I am very sleepy.. I'm ready for a nap, but I'm at work. UGH!! I hoep I don't dall asleep in my meeting

                          Hey Evermind..

                          I am stalled also and just added supplements yesterday. I am hoping they help me overcome my stall. I struggle also with calories.. I am not getting enough on some days. I try to eat but I am just not hungry. Well, I hope that your 2 week re-induction brings on a whoosh! Please send some of that sunshine to Michigan.

                            I'm just as disgusted with myself as I can possibly be. I haven't budged. I've been back on induction for three weeks, and after a good first week, I've once again stalled at 281 - just as I have the last six times. I'm so depressed. I had the worst cravings yesterday, but managed to fight them off and stay on plan for dinner. I ate too much (again), then didn't go to the gym, then ended the night by going out at 8:45 PM and getting Chinese food and a whole bag of chocolate chip cookies.

                            So, I trashed my diet, failed to work out, and irritated my ulcer, all in one evening. I'm back on plan today, for as long as it lasts. I just get so disgusted when I stall at the same bloody weight each and every time. Ridiculous.

                            That others are doing so well is terrific, though, so I'm sorry if I sound like a downer. It's just nice to be able to vent to others who understand.
