Hey all, it is actually the 12th here, but I am always a day off in this time zone. Had my weekly weigh in and lost nothing! No cheats and exercised every day. Drank my water. But I am down two inches (one from the hips! yay!) I just keep repeating my mantra... I know I am doing everything right it is the scale that is my enemy.
