    Morning STACers!

    No change on the scale this morning but I can't complain after the 3.5 pound loss so far this week!

    I had the yummiest breakfast this morning. Bacon and onion crustless quiche (with cajun seasoning). It was so good that I ate two bits which is amazing as I am normally not keen on breakfast. If you have never made one, please try it as it is so delicious (Ellizellen's recipe is in the recipe section of )


    My house is a mess! I am going to spend the whole day cleaning. Toys everywhere!

    Good Morning.. I was up from 2:30am until 4.. Managed to go back to sleep until 6.. Thank goodness cause I have a full day ahead..

    Potluck after church...and then a bunch of us are cleaning an elderly couples yard.. The husband can't do anything..he can barely walk and uses a walker...

    Then its back to Youth.. Gone all day.... Have a good one!

      I'm here! Gotta do basic feed chores before church (we are searching for a church and now we are moving on to a Catholic one since my dh is Catholic)

      No weight change - I'm going to be watching more closely what I have been eating as I'd really like to get into the 130's soon....

      It is fun though putting on a skirt and top which don't "cling" anymore and hang nicely

        Good morning Stacers,

        Enjoyed 2 glasses of wine last nite~~ I know that I shouldn't have but oh well. Had a fantastic steak & fresh broccoli for dinner. Flushing with lots of H2O today.

        House chores planned today along with relaxing with DH. Maybe a game of cribbage...I always kick his butt!

          Good Morning everyone

          Woke up to snow this morning.. Nothing much planned for today. I think the whoosh fairy gave me a visit last night. I finally broke my stall! (Hopefully) I got on the scale first thing and I am down 3 pounds. YES! I measured and inches are down also. I almost threw in the towel.. I sure am glad I gave it time. I am going to continue Induction and keep exercising everyday. Fitday says I need to lose 0.766 pounds per week to reach my goal. Well, I hope everyone has a great day..

              Must be wine day. I had two glasses of wine last night too. I was at a charity ball and they didnt have much I could eat, so I drank instead. I alternated between water and wine all night! LOL

                good morning. wow-is it sunday already?

                bought some supplements from whole foods yesterday so i am excited to be taking these and getting on a regular schedule with them in this wol. hoping to break the stall. have a great day everyone! wish some warmer weather over this way..it is freezing out today!!!

                  zara, congrats on the losses this week! it must feel great to see the scale moving again, good for you. keep on that trend and you are going to shrink so fast!!

                  sandy, that's really selfless the way you devote your whole day to helping someone else with their yard, church, and youth. have a great day!

                  dana, i am so impressed with your wt loss so far----130's are not far now!! did the vics' secret bathing suit work out, i meant to ask ya!

                  glenda, i had to chuckle at how you said 'i ENJOYED 2 glasses of wine' rather than being all negative about it like you did something wrong. i like that!!!!! and i like how everyone else (zara, chinadoll) did the samE!!!

                  mimom, thank goodness for the whoosh!! i will get back to you on supplements!!

                  mrs s, supplements are great! good for you.

                  i am off to the gym for 45 min on treadclimber and 45 min on elliptical, then if i am not too tired some weights. then for my weekly mani/pedi with my friend and some light shopping and a few errands. then i have to CLEAN MY HOUSE because it is a mess!! pottery barn stuff didn't arrive as i thought it would this weekend, but is rescheduled to be delivered on tuesday adn I CAN'tWAIT!!!

                    Yes - they look alright...... not incredible - but dang it I wouldn't have been able to squeeze my *ss into them last year!! For $20 I'm not complaining and I will be wearing them. However, not sure if I'll wear them yet when other people are around (we have a pool in the back yard).....that's more my self-consciousness I think.

                    I have been CRAVING soft-serve ice cream lately...I am dying for some. It's so bad I might have to plan to have it one of these days (usually the cravings go away after a couple of days but this one has been with me all week!!) I'd like to see 138 before I indulge in that sort of "cheat"

                        Hello All! Sorry I haven't been around in a few days, I'm in America visiting my parents! I'm still staying strong with the plan and am rambling about the benefits of Atkins every chance I get to anyone who will listen! Tonight I'm off to meet with some friends from high school that I haven't seen in almost a decade. I know I don't look like I did then but I look much better than I did three months ago! Two days ago was 100 days on Atkins for me and I'm still loving every second. I'll drop back in soon but I just wanted to check in briefly and explain where I've been! Hope all are well!
