    Good Morning~~

    It's been a year since I restarted Atkins (give or take a day or two), so thought I'd pop in. I find myself restarting yet again. It's been tough since Christmas for some reason to keep focused on Atkins, but spring has sprung and that's usually what gets me going.

    Here's to recommiting and to maintaining and keeping afloat on the Atkins life raft!

    Hope you're in for a good day too!

    Just dropping in to say I am here. I am going to work extra hard this week.. I am one pound away from the 130's. I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL day!

        Hello all! I have been without my laptop for awhile now but got it back (finally) this weekend. Would've checked in sooner but had 3 shows this weekend. I am not doing well as I've been stricken again with some sort of cold/flu bug going around again at Second City. It really sucks because I can't work out, and all I want to eat is soup and crackers. As soon as I get well I will be back on track. For now getting better is my main concern as I have a freelance editing gig at Paramount for the next two weeks. I will be working quite a bit but will try to check in from time to time because I've missed my laptop and my peeps at .

        PS. Zarabelle thanks for asking about me, I've missed ya hon!

          Hi Guys

          Scale the same today (still not complaining ater 3.5 pound loss so far this week!). I have TERRIBLE PMS!!!! I thought this WOE was supposed to reduce symptoms. My husband should be glad that he is away on business! Expecting the water retention to kick in any time soon.

            Good Morning..Its back to school and work here.. I can't wait for this year to be over...Cause I am not going back and neither is my daughter..

            Yesterday was a terrible terrible eating day and I paid for it with a Nice IBS attack.. We worked hard at the Elderly couples house... But its rewarding too..

            Got up at 4:30 this morning to be at work at 5:45... Worked until 10 and I am off the rest of the day..

            Of course I have to go to the Chiro again...but it helps my body soooooo much!

              Thought I would check in! It seems I may be only checking in once a week with the way things are going. I'm on the last phase of P90X!! Four weeks and then I'm going to be lazy and walk the treadmill!! I'll keep telling myself that till four weeks are up, then I'll take on another program instead of walking because I always do. I recorded a Turbo Jam infomercial, gonna watch that and maybe see if I can get it off of ebay cheap if it looks like something I'd want to do. Anyone tried it?? Well, off to work! Have a wonderful, legal, and safe week STACers!

                Aloha, It must be slow Monday today.
                I posted on my 'tipping point' thread an outburst of the blues. I've been 5 weeks on this WOE, and lost 7 pounds.... but gained back 4 pounds. For the past 2 weeks I've been moving in the wrong direction. And I just had that one little sunset cheat.
                I'm working on some lifestyle tweaks and hope my body will respond.

                  Hey Hula Mom, I am going through that too. I gained back 2 lbs over teh weekend after getting off 5lbs last week (GRRRR!)


                  So here I am getting back on and still going to the gym. I am hurting inside and feel that going to the gym will help me. On weeknds I need to keep myself outdoors instead of sitting in the house thinking myself to madness.

                    I started Atkins again today. Trying to get ready for a couple of summer vacations as well as I'm tired of not having any energy. It's going well so far but I'm having the worst caffeine headache, ugh.

                          Thanks Hula!! Things are going okay, a little tight on the money front. DBF is still out of a job. I'm still sticking with the plan! Not losing anything though. Hoping to have more time to myself soon. I miss everyone here and the support that I get from you guys!!
