  • Yes, It's me again

Maybe a little more settled in my life and willpower now. I am going to give this one last go. I know my strengths and weaknesses now and am willing to do what it takes to get where I need to be.

For those of you who know me already Hi, I missed you guys and thank you for the happy birthdays, I did still read the emails and notes, just didn't have time or willpower to respond and bring myself back to where I really needed to be. For those of you who do not know me, my name is Maddie and I started Atkins in 2005 and lost quite a bit of weight for me. Then I had a horse accident, layed up for a while and gained it back. Started again a while later then had an emergency appendectomy, then again dropped back off the wagon. Then lost my job and was diagnosed with MS. So now that hopefully my trials and tribulations have subsided I am going to give this another go. My first goal is 155 pounds, then 145, then 135, and finally 125. One day I will get there, I just know it. Things are more stable now and I can focus on me again. My neurologist said it is ok to do this as long as I keep taking my MS shots and B12 shots during the process, actually he said it would be great if I lost some weight because being overweight can make the MS symptoms worse. So here I go again...........
