    Lost the 1 pound blip from yesterday. Still waiting for TOM. Not as grumpy today!

    Good morning Stacers!

    Doing a happy dance here as it is going to be in the 70's today. That will do some major damage to the remaining snow!!

    Scale is staying the same but have lost a few inches so I'm okay with it all. Have noticed a bit of carb creepage this past week so I need to get a grip on that.

            I'm here. Tired - but here. No change... but hey my 8 year old made cookies for the 1st time yesterday with only my oversight (no mixing for me) and it would have hurt her feelings if I didn't try at least 3 - so I did. Lil small choc chip cookies but the smile on her face was worth it

            Have to drive and pick up pigs today which is killing my day since it's right in the dead center... oh well.

            Kids have a little school work to do.... and then get to go and play with friends while their mom and I go get their 4-H pigs. We'll have all 8 here for a few weeks!!!

            So that's my day in a nutshell At least it will be nice!!

            Oh I get to try and shear sheep this week which should be interesting to say the least.

                HI Ladies!! I'm here too!

                I introduced myself in another thread, hope that's ok.

                No weight change for me in the last couple of days but I think I might be losing inches, so I measured this morning to see what's going on. I also committed to drinking all of my water, hope that helps. And I've got to get my butt moving and walk... life has just been hectic with no time for exercise! I'm going to make time though!

                    Good morning everyone!

                    I am having the hardest time getting back on track and staying there. I really need to go to the grocery store and stock up on legal snacks and foods that I can take with me wherever I go. I do good almost the whole day and then I get hungry but dont have anything to snack on and I end up going to the vending machine and buying something bad. It's really frustrating me that I cant keep with this this time around. I really need some motivation or something. I did get a lot last night from watching the Biggest Loser Finale it really motivated me and showed me that if I just set my mind to it then I know I will get to my goal eventually if I can just stay strong and stick with this WOL.

                    I already cheated this morning with a granola bar and a rice crispy treat but I did bring lots of water with me to work today so I'm gonna go drink a bunch and jump right back on the wagon and start right now. I know I can do this I just need to stay strong.

                      Morning all!

                      Great morning so far - scale down to 112 - Whoohooo! I am going to change my goal weight to 105.
                      I feel great - ran yesterday, did some elliptical. Today it's Some sort of cardio for 30-45 minutes followed by my butt kicking boot camp class.
                      Did anyone watch the Biggest Loser Finale last night? The transformations are incredible. The winner has a smokin hot body - her arms were beautiful. Since it's not a real life situation they're in (working out umpteen times a day, living in a place where there isn't much temptation - mcdonalds on the corner, etc..)I wonder how difficult it is to keep it off, or maintain.
                      Anyhoooooooooooo... Hope everyone has a fantastic Wednesday!

                        hi yall,
                        such a beautiful mornign!! went out to dinner last night and had thai stir fry, but wasn't 100% sure the garlic sauce didn't have sugar so i went to the gym at 10 pm afterwards and worked out. the payoff is that even though my weight is a few pounds above my ticker, some pants i haven't been able to get into fit nicely this morning!!!

                            Down 3lbs only.... I cheated on sat and sun and it slowed down my progress. I am religiously back in the gym so I am hoping to see some things change this weekend. I have to make some kind of plan for my weekends so I don't destroy my hard work. Well off to the gym again.
