    Hi all

    TOM due in two days.... bloated with water. I took my daughters to a soft play centre this morning and it was over-crowded and I feel frazzled!

      I'm here! Total cheat day yesterday - I kept eating cookies... couldn't stop myself really and so I had about 12 M&M's as well.

      No weight gain though which I don't get... but maybe I was due to lose a couple

      Back on plan today -no biggie. I don't feel bad about it really - though my family laughed at me for hours.

      Ok - totally different subject.... someone did a YouTube thing about Farmer's Market and put it up. The eggs at the very end (and the person in jean shorts climbing into her truck) are me - 40+lbs heavier but still me. I though the video of my eggs was cool - though I didn't get to HEAR anything since I have no sound right now.

            Today's my 4th day of induction- and all is well. It is apparent that as you persevere forward, it becomes easier. Exercise is also going well. I am feeling terrific

                Mornin!

                Today seems to be a better day than yesterday. I'm still at 112 - super happy with that. I feel groovy and can see a difference in my leglets
                Had a super busy day yesterday... BUT.. I managed to squeeze in an appt. for a haircut and got some bangs cut ala Reese Witherspoon - It's taking some time to get used to them. I almost feel like I'm 5 years old with bangs that my mom cut... Hubby thinks it's cute though
                I have BOSU class this morning.. Plan on getting in a little run beforehand

                  Here! Still going at it...6 days in and feeling great. I hope to workout tonight, but if not I'm scheduled for a 90 minute cardio circuit class tomorrow morning. Would love to get both workouts in, but we'll see. I've decided to clean out our storage closet. I must've been temporarily insane when I made that decision. You wouldn't believe what we've hoarded for 5 years. I want my entire life to be lighter, not just my body. The closet in itself is a workout so I'm not going to be too hard on myself if I don't hit the gym today. I've lifted quite a bit already.

                          Finally in the 160's... yay! I had a really intense day at the gym and wan to keep it at that level. I did 5 mi on the eliptical and stayed in the zone for 35 mins. I am so ready for more.

                            Day #4 for me and I am doing so good! And it's Friday! I have a 5 mile walk
                            tomorrow for the March of Dimes. I will need to bring my own snacks because every year at the check points they hand out bananas and apples-so gotta think of things to bring that won't get too hot in a fanny pack! lol

                            And I am down 2 lbs!
