Yo! I'm going to take some pictures this weekend as progress, but here's where I stand:
It's been 3 months, I haven't had anything with processed sugar, no caffeine, none of the 'evil' white carb/starches, everything has been on plan. I seldom if ever eat after 8pm unless I'm feeling real hunger pangs, I have breakfast every day, and I almost always remember to take my vitamins. I'm down 45 lbs since starting to get **** together. Training MMA several times a week(more like twice, but I want to get up to 3 times).
Overall I feel great. I've got some concerns about when My wife has the baby what it's going to do to my schedule and life, but I feel at this point it's all become a habit.
I plan on riding my bicycle in to work at least two days a week over the summer (it's about 10 miles to the office, should be fun!)
I can say this, I'm happier and overall more balanced and I've gotten rid of a lot of mood swings that used to bother me pretty often. I'm also snoring a LOT less according to my wife, which oddly enough was one of my goals for losing weight.
