    Good morning STACers, Just keeping to my basics, which of course includes being right here first thing in the morning, creeping around to all my favorites.
    I bought keto sticks yesterday and as of my 6th day back, I am NOT in ketosis quite yet, but I will be, because I will not let up until I reach that mini goal.
    My appetite is diminishing even now. Soon I will be soaring.

    We had a cookout and people brought all sorts of stuff and it was a great time, but the foods that came in my house! At one point people were standing around eating up bags of chips. I went and cut up a green pepper and drank more water, and then the desserts, well I just went and sat far away.
    It is amazing what you can do when you are trying to get somewhere...

      Good morning. Glad to see you back, Jess.

      I've cheated a little bit. I won't go so far as to say I'm off-track because I'm still comitted to this. Remember about 10 days ago I had a colonoscopy and all the prep that entails? You would think that I'd lose weight after not eating for a day and barely eating after that, but no, I was several pounds up. I drank a ton, but my body has been really messed up with wildly fluctuating weights. Dh suggested that my body thought it was starving. Maybe not the optimal approach, but I cheated intentionally, to try to get my body out of this crazy rut. I'll have to see how this upcoming week goes. Cheating didn't give me any feelings of satisfaction (although it wasn't sweets), but that wasn't the intent.

      Looking forward to my belly dance class and a legal week.

        I have been very lazy lately and haven't exercised. Also, I find myself craving sugar like crazy. I am hoping the lack of energy and sugar craving go away soon. I hope everyone has a great day

            Mornin all!

            Feel pretty good this morn - ok, maybe feeling a bit dehydrated after my "mom's night out" last night. A few girlfriends and I went to karaoke -OMG, how much fun! I had a couple of Michelobe Ultras and a shot of God knows what and sang "Copa Cabana".. Yes, I secretly love Barry... I was in que to sing "baby got back" with my pals, but it was way late and we were tired!
            It was a super fun night!
            Yesterday was a good gym day. I ran, did the stairclimber for 20min on level 10 and did upper body resistance.
            My knee hurts today, and I am so tired from last night that I think I'll take today off - Tomorrow is SPIN CLASS and I plan on running beforehand.

              hello.

              feeling so confused and out of control. the last few days i've been half as*-ing this wol. i haven't been eating horrible sugary treats or anything, but sticking to it completely. i am at such a stall/non movement. i feel like such a baby but i'm sad and discouraged. part of me thought that eating some fruit or other vegetables could get things moving. well nothing is moving. on a personal sidenote, i'm going to be going off my bc in another week or two for various reasons, one including this insane bloated feeling i have all the time. i don't expect miraculous changes, but i hope that this will be one of the positive responses to going off. i just feel so lost and everyday i question if this wol will work for me.

              *sigh*

              tomorrow i will start a clean induction again.

                back to basics as well and feel much better already. skipped t he gym this weekend, but back in full force tomorrow.
                if you haven't checked it out, make the chicken fingers recipe that is in the food/cooking chat right now....holey moley they are good!!! eating leftovers for breakfast!

                      I'm here! Clean today - but it helps I took a nap. Went to church and came back and made eggs & bacon for everyone. Then my 8 yr old and I took a much needed nap.

                      Now I'm making labels for my spices so I can take them to the market this weekend.

                      It's yucky outside - rainy - but we need it... just hate doing chores in the rain.

                          Hope all is well. I'm doing alright. I've been a little frustrated, my home computer is acting up (something wrong with the hard drive I think) anyway I didn't turn to emotional eating! haha! Things being broken tick me off especially if they were expensive.

                            Hello! It was a good day today, just upset that I didn't workout much this weekend. We did a lot of housework instead...which is exercise. I'm not feeling the best since the pollen is crazy here, but other than that - things are great!
