    wow i did my "walk away the pounds" dvd for the first time. what a workout! it is so easy to follow, yet it really got me sweatin' and movin'!!!

    i did the 2 mile fast start. i can't wait to keep doing it and do the other programs too!

    I'm glad the workout works for you! How does it work? I'm curious to know. Can you do it on a treadmill or is it just walking in place? I've heard so much praise about it on this board and I am very curious... Thanks!

      I am glad you finally got them! Seems like it took forever. I do the 3 mile walk with the stretchy band and LOVE IT!

        it's like going to an aerobics class lol. you just pop the dvd in and follow along. no complicated moves...just several different movements like kicks, high knees, sidesteps, etc. i will let you know how it progresses in the next week or so!

          One thing I have to warn you about....

          "Feeling good power walk, walk power walk" The songs will get stuck in your head and you will sing them ALL day! My kids walk around singing them. LOL

            Hmmm...I wonder if it would be better for the kids to sing that or me walk around singing the Elmo's World song, haha!

              okay i just did the firming band one. ooooomgosh my arms feel like jello ha i can barely type this. i'm not very good at lunges though...i probably don't have the right form, but they are uncomfortable and don't feel "right". okay i feel accomplished for the day! hooray!

                I have the Super Challenge 4-mile walk. When I first start doing it, I am pouring sweat in no time and my legs feel like jelly. They are a great workout and the knee lifts and kicks really work the abs.
                People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
