    After 2 good days on Atkins I am feeling pretty smart. Why I ever choose to eat any other way is just silly. My abdomen feels smaller and my energy is up. I hope to keep this feeling and remember this feeling when I am facing something less then Atkins approved food.

    The weather will warm up today in Nebraska, and the sun is shining, so hence the good mood. Just need to keep this feeling for another 14 hours and its back to bed!! Whats 14 hours............?? hahaha.

    Everybody have a great Atkins smart day and tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day you will reap the rewards........

    Morning all!

    Playgroup this morn, running and yoga this afternoon. Scale the same (ok by me ) and feeling really good!
    Yesterday, I did stair climber for 25min on level 10 (those stairs come at you fast! ), did some lower body resistance - weighted squats & lunges and had spin class, which was tough - the entire class was about riding up hill with a lot of resistance- serious thigh burn from that one

      Good morning. I am sore all over. I had belly dancing last night. We start at the head and work our way down our bodies doing exercises and dance moves. It really is a total body workout. By the time we got to the "shimmy" it was easy because my legs were already shaking!!

      I'm still up 2lbs, but it's inevitable that it will eventually come off. Can't wait for the 180's.

        I am here. was away for a few days but am back. I refused to get on the scale this week since it isn't cooperating with me. I am working out and staying in my limits for both carbs and calories. sooo. On the wagon i stay...

          I feel better too after getting up, not so sluggish & ready to

            Morning all

            Did my hour workout this morning and plan on walking 3.5 miles this afternoon. I am glad to be exercising again.. I missed this energy. Well, Off to another beautiful day here in Michigan. Have a wonderful day!

              Good morning...off to the gym and look foward to seeing some weight drop off this week with my 5 days a week exercise challenge. I will post some new pics next week as I get closer to my first mini goal.

                  Hello It's a beautiful day here today and I can't wait to go outside and enjoy the rest of it. I'm starting the Couch to 5K program today. Last night I did an hour of intense strength training. Did I ever mention how much I hate walking lunges? ACK! I've noticed my appetite continues to decrease. I'm hardly hungry at all, but I do make sure not to go 6 hours without eating something. I had cooked cabbage and bacon for breakfast - yum!

                    hello its been a hard couple of days for me i havent seen the scale move and i started running yesterday. its starting to get warm outside and i want ice cream and cookies but i havent cheated and im not gunna hopefully
