    Morning yall!!!

    I am up late/early, am not going to sleep tonight as I am on call and about to head back into the hospital, so here is the roll call!! Good news is, done in a few hours and then wil work out, go to dentist, and nap!!!

    Eating is almost just back where I like it...low carb AND low cal. For me, this is the only thing that works for me now that I have less to lose. Kind of takes the fun out of eating low carb....which, for me, is a GOOD thing. Eating becomes industrial, fuel, no nonsense. Not fun, not highly anticipated, and not indulgent. I need that, for food to be fuel only and not for it to feed my emotions.

    Anyhoo, that's my 2 cents!! Have a great one all!!!

      Hi Party and whereami

      I don't know how you get by on so little sleep Party! I am a wreck if I get less than seven hours!!

      I am OK. Feeling a bit fed up. Hit that two month mark when you wish you had lost more/could lose quicker! I am so close to Onederland and know I feel feel much better when I cross that line.

      I have a crustless quiche in the oven and it smells great. I found a bendy baking tray (!) which should make this low carb baking much easier.

        Thats weird I was just thinkin about makn the quiche to use as snacks since i am afraid of going out i knw that is when i might fail.

        btw, i live on the other side of the world, lol so its just about lunch time.

              Good morning...Ketosis, can I say K-E-T-O-S-I-S.... I don't think I've been here for 6 months, but I absolutely grabbed myself by the neck and face the future of tumbling back into the very places I've put such distance between. I have finally felt the rush of excitement again and the energy I've lacked for a good long time. Oh I hope I memorize this for all time!

              Zarabelle, hang in there, keep your eyes on the basics and the weight will take care of it'self. It's the hardest thing in the world to do when you want to loose weight, I know. But just step back and let the diet take care of the weight, you take care of the diet! Weightloss is something we are not all that much in control of, we control what we eat and the energy we expend and trust our bodies to metabolize the rest!

                Morning! I'm down .2 lbs and dang it I'll take it right now!

                I have to shear sheep today (it's going very slow and the rain this past week didn't help)

                We also get 2 new steers in which will be butchered soon (YEAH!)

                On top of those things - nothing big happening. My kitchen is a mess and I didn't get my dinners planned for the week so I'm a little lost at the moment.

                Need coffee!!!!!

                  Good morning everyone. Not much going on here. My body has been acting so strangely since that colonoscopy and I don't know why. My hormones must be really whacked out and TOM is early and it's never early. All very strange. Maybe I'm just getting old. Yeah, right...I buy anti aging eye cream and diapers when I go to Walmart!!

                  Dana, I love hearing about your farm. I grew up in Vermont and as a child my mother took classes in spinning and weaving. I would go to workshops with her and I took weaving lessons too. I still remember that whole smelly fleece in the garage!! We washed, dyed, spun, and wove with it. Neither one of us was very talented, but we had lots of fun!!

                  So here's to having fun. I hope everyone finds something fun to do today.

                    I TOTALLY agree! I find that when I think of and use food for fuel only, it's a lot easier - boring, but easier

                    Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday morning! I am off to drop the urchins off at school and head out for some more retail therapy - Ahhhhhhhhhh, how I love to shop - good for the soul
                    Last night I hung out on the stair climber for 30min on level 10 again - Followed it up with some yoga - nice! Tonight is Boot Camp class - can't wait!!! They are adding another Boot Camp to the calendar next month, so I'll be able to take it Mondays and Wednesdays - YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I think I am going to give up BOSU for another Spin class - we'll see how that works out.

                        Thanks for the advice Jess I know you're right. I just met a friend that I haven't seen for six weeks and she was so complimentary about my weight loss and said I looked great. I needed that today! When I got home, I tried on all of the jeans/trousers in my wardrobe. Some are now in the jumble pile and in the bin and the small ones (for my spring in to summer challenge) now do up!! Yippee! I started measuring today too (better late than never!). Thanks again for your support x

                          Good Morning all atkin-(-eers, -ettes,) Just trying to be funny.......

                          Today looks like another goodie and I will take full advantage of it!! Yesterday walked the dog 3 miles in the morning. Then took another 1.5mile walk in a wooded area in the eve.................glad to be out of the winter season. They are talking rain again soon, so need to be outside as much as I can!! Even got a slight tan yesterday. Good bye winter white skin!!

                          I am working on a project and I noticed when I get into something difficult I stop and think "what can I eat."............I am a stress eater............I mean no real big surprise there but I just found it interesting that, that is the first thing that pops into my head..........you would think the first thing into my head would be "now how do I fix this little dilemna"..........AND I notice this happening more then once.....hhmmmmmmm. So I got some thinking/planning to do, I am glad for the realization!

                          Sounds like everyone is motivated and headed in the right direction. I am off to exercise because it sounds like you guys have yours done already!!

                          Sorry for the other roll call, I even refreshed my screen twice because I couldn't believe no one started one for today!

                            To answer ur question Zarabelle no i dont live in the UK I actually live further than that....I live in the gulf!

                            its now 8:10 pm -- Ive finished another clean induction day !!! but my percentages are a little high: 71% fat, 23% protein and 6% carbs with 20 net carbs!

                            oh well it works hopefully --- lookn forward to tomorrow!

                              The sun is up and it will be a great day!
                              I had a super workout yesterday, and my arms are so stiff this morning. I love that pain.
