  • Here again!

    Hi all!
I have been on this forum before, stumbled, and now Im back. I was not so strict last time b/c I was still nursing my son. That is done now and I am excited to go on induction. I look forward to posting more and am trying to stay positive about letting go of my "darlings"...pepsi, doritos..... I have noticed that since doing the low-carb eating I am more aware of what I eat and do not tend to go overboard as much as before- now though, I need to put on my big girl pants and stick to it.
Me- I have two children (3 years & 8months) and I have recently gone back to school. I love, love, love, to shop and am ready to buy smaller clothes!
Best of luck to you all and I am still so grateful that this forum exists and best of all - welcomes you back.
    Jennifer

        Re: Here again!

        Hi all!
Thank you for the replies. I have taken my measurements and have been recording on fitday. I am trying to stay away from my scale. I have noticed that in the past I have becone fixated on those numbers, daily. I want to do this for a while before I weigh, and I do know my last weight from the dr's office.
Today has been difficult. I think that every little problem that has laid in the background, fairly small, came into full focus today, but I am dealing.
My little girl has her first preschool program tomorrow and I am looking forward to that. Her daddy is working out of town and won't be able to make it in. That is a little discouraging, but I am going to tape it so that he can see it when he gets home. It doesn't seem to bother her nearly that way it bothers me, she is such a trooper.
Thank you all again for being here and have a great day and an even better tomorrow!
