I have been away...and away and away....
Started in 2004, lost a lot of weight, gained almost all of it back and has made som imperfect jumps on and off the Atkins wagon....
Last year I has Gastric Bypass surgery, but as I'm metabolicly challenged, it only helped me halfway to goal!
After more than 6 months sighing and crying over not loosing more weight, I have decided to give it a go again....I started induction on tuesday at 98,9 kilos and now I'm down to 97,3 today! woohoo!
Used the ketostix today, but it was only light pink, but I'll give it time...and I know that what I'm doing is right! I just have to keep at it!
I just wanted to wave hello to all of you.....some of you I remember from "the old days" and some I have never seen before....but I'm glad to be back!
