    Hey everyone.
    I did a bad thing yesterday... I cheated, blah. We were celebrating my hubby's birthday and I ate bad bad food. I feel really gross today. I'm back on Atkins today and I'm going to start extended Induction tomorrow. Wings, Fries, Donuts, Cupcakes....bad bad bad.....

    aww, irish, sad to hear about the wings, etc. just drink a ton of water and move on. jump back in with both feet. whatever you do, DON"T let this turn into a 3 day binge of carbage!!!

      good morning!

      had my massage yesterday. it was so wonderful! took a nice steam shower afterwards too. i didn't want to hour to end! after i left, i had every intention to go home...but then i started walking down the street and decided it was going to be a full blown ME day and got a manicure and pedicure.

      today i am feeling a little sore in the back and shoulder area, which the lady told me was normal. trying to work up the motivation to work out.

      i'm just dealing with all of this candida stuff, which is making me feel a little overwhelmed. i don't remember if i said it yesterday, but i took a spit test (which i also took again today to make sure) and it came back positive. it makes so much sense now that i have learned all about it. wish i would have thought of this weeks..months ago!

      well...i'll just keep on truckin' i suppose. have a great one!!


      and i'm wondering...mimom-how did the wedding go? hoping you had a good time. hopefully you'll check in later and let us know!

        im here hangin in there! today i tried for the first time beef pepperoni...cuz i dont eat pork just tryn to vary my diet but i didnt like the smell of it to tell u the truth.... eventhough i ate it ... i put mozz ch on top and fried it in olive oil for dinner.

        the kids have one month of school left and then its off to the US to for two mth and ahalf to visit family...i have alot to do before then and have to go out alot but im preparing boiled eggs and smoked turkey breast so i dont get hungry.

        otherwise i guess week 2 is goin much beter then week 1 and i feel bettter already no cravings my appetite has definitely gotten smaller...how should i figure out the number of calories i shudnt go under..yesterdy i was 1275 calories and i thought that was a bit on the low side but i dunno.

          I have had some allright days.... A little too much of the sugarfree sweets, but I'm trying to cut back on them! I still have the sugar cravings....just restarted and it's so HARD!!!

          IrishMom....I totally get you....if I had had all that food within reach today, I would have done the same!

            Morning! It's going to be 89 degrees today so dd and I are going to the beach. I am going to have to stop and buy a new bathing suit, however, since nothing fits.

            Weird things happening to my body: I lost another 2 inches in the hips, but not the waist, so suddenly I have no waistline again! ROFLMAO! It's ok, as I have some shirts that nip in the waist a bit, but it was funny to step out of the bath and see myself last night. I was like, "Whaaaaa happened?!!!"

            I'm still dealing with an ill parent, and so I'm juggling life the best I can. Foodwise, no problem: I'm eating a ton of veggies and eggs and fat, and though as usual the weight loss is s-l-o-w (it just IS that way this time around, and that's all there is to it!) I'm feeling pretty good.

            IrishMom - temptation sucks. Just fill yourself with water today until you basically hover around the bathroom, and eat a lot of fat. You'll be fine. Truly! One day binging is not good, but it isn't going to destroy you on this woe.

              Hello all

              The massage and mani/pedicure sound fabulous Mrs S - good for you.

              I am fine. I just feel soooo tired. I think it is hayfever. I went to bed at 10pm and still feel tired today!

              Aerobics planned for tomorrow. I have found a really hard workout which I am going to three times a week - Mon, Wed and Fri.

                Hey all

                I am finally getting around to checking in. I weighed myself this morning and am down another 2 pounds Yeah me! The wedding was a blast last night. I danced all night long. We didn't get home until 3 this morning and I was up at 8 so I am dragging today. (No workout for me today) I will do extra tomorrow. Well, I am outta here. I hope everyone has a great day.                           hello everyone im havin a pretty good day im going to lift some weights in the basement. yesterday i had some cheese cake tho. my girlfriend made it with splenda and didnt tell anyone else and i ate around thr crust. then i woke up this morning and i had been stalled out all week and suddenly i lost a pound who hoo hopefully tomorrow i wont gain 4. other then that all is well

                            I'm in..........the last couple of days I have been busy cleaning my mothers house and she has no computer..............really missed checking in!

                            The weather was warmer and it feels good.............we have been patiently waiting for it!

                              I am here (although it is already Monday for me). I had a good weekend, nothing exciting. After three weeks I am starting to miss toast with my eggs. Don't want to get used to the low carb bread when I go back to the US for summer because I just have to leave it again in August. Same goes for the low carb candies and things. So far I am doing well. I am sort of between rung 2 & 3 of OWL. Most days I hang around 25-30 carb grams and every once in awhile I will have a day that goes a wee bit higher. The losses are slow and not always steady, but I can live in this WOE as it is now so I am just plugging away. Gotta go work out.
