    Good Morning STACers! After being away for a couple of weeks I got back and my internet was down and with not being able to check the board from work I have had to stay away! I've been having serious withdrawal, too! Finally internet is back on but I still wish I could check from work! Oh well!

    Morning Amy and co.

    1 pound down this morning - woo hoo! Am soooooooo close to Onederland - it seems to be taking forever!

    Am off to see my Dad after I pick my eldest up from pre-school as he is in bed with really bad sciatica. I am going to take my aerobics DVD with me as don't want to miss it. Mon, Wed and Fri are now exercise days and the other days I am going to work as much walking etc. in.

        Good morning everybody, a new day, new week, and things are good here. Got my DD in ketosis, and I am there and that was goal #1, now to continue to work hard and cooperate with the diet I am on....looking to keep to the basics for now, they are far more important than weight loss for me. They ensure weightloss.
        As so many of us have found, when you get most of the weight off and you are trying to maintain, it's all about behavior. We modify our behavior to get what we want, then we have to keep that behavior to hold on to what we have. There in lies my challenge.

          good morning! feeling pretty good today. had a great atkins friendly dinner yesterday..my hsuband and i splurged on some good meats and the grocery store the other day-we were getting so sick of chicken.

          have cut out pretty much all yeast and mold from my eating, taking some probiotics, hoping to get things moving and under control.

          hoping to still be super motivated when i get home from work in about 9 hours from now to do my workout videos. sure, it's a no brainer when you have a whole sunday to do nothing..well rested etc. monday's are always fun to try and get yourself back in the week.

          haven't weighed myself in a week and i plan to keep it that way for a little while. last time i weighed and saw the scale went up it just sent me into a downward woe is me spiral and i ended up eating waaaaaay too much and feeling sorry for myself. i did measure today and i'm down an inch in my waist and just under an inch in my hips! signs of progress!

              Good Morning to all of my AWESOME Stacers! I was suppose to go to spinning class this morning but my body just wanted to stay in bed. I didn't get around to exercising yesterday and when I skip just one day I feel so lazy. My body just doesn't want to get moving. I am sitting here watching Ellen and thinking I need to get off my butt and do something but my body is saying sit and watch tv all day. AHH! It is weird!

              Well, I hope everyone has a great day!

                Good morning. Day 1 of induction for me. Cold turkey. Dr A's way this time -- not my way. Gotta get out of this awful "eat, guilt, recommit, eat, guilt, recommit" cycle... Clearly, Adenakins doesn't work. Back to the by-the-book basics.

                  Hey everyone.
                  Well after a bad weekend of cheats I'm back on Induction/Extended Induction or something. I made excuses to cheat cause it was my husband's b-day. Well we're done with birthdays for now and there isn't anything planned until summer so I shouldn't have any excuse (not the birthdays are an excuse). Here's to a clean Atkins from hear on out!

                    Hey there STAC'ers .......... it's been a very positve day for me so far .. focusing on whats important and laying the ground work for myself to have success with this Journey towards my goal ....... I made signs to hang in my trouble spots and reminders of why and what I am reaching for ........ also set up charts to organize my challenges and goals .......... all of these things to use as tools towards getting back to basics and winning this battle to a healthier life ....... Ahhhhhhhhhh feels so good to have a purpose and a focus as far as my WOE and commitment to good health goes!

                        I had a horrible day today...sorry to ruin everyones good feelings....

                        I was so tired, and a little headache was coming my way....maybe a late induction flu (6 days in).....In my confusion I backed my car into another lady's car.....and I was about to cry! I have never done anything like that, and to make it even worse, the lady driving was 9 months pregnant and all I could do was ask if I hurt her baby....
                        The damage wasn't that bad, but still.....ARGH!!! No one got hurt and I only left a small "autograph" on her car....but it was the worst day ever! (even my first day back to work after 1 week vacation)....

                        Tomorrow can only get better.....I'll greet you with smileys tomorrow!!!

                          Elmark.. Sorry to hear about your day yesterday. Just keep your head high and be thankful everyone was alright.

                          WannabeMrsBateman:: I actually have to say that I am super glad I extended my induction. I don't think I can move along yet. I continue to struggle with a few setbacks (Monday I will be up a few pounds but by Friday it is gone again) But I just keep chugging along and hope that in the end my weight will just start moving down and stay there.

                            Elmark - Sorry you had such a rotten day. I'm glad that nobody was hurt. Hugs to you!

                            Wannab- I've just started with extended induction and I'm happy. I'm going to continue to weigh myself every two weeks. I won't know if anything is different for another 12 days, but I feel really good. Induction was wonderful...pounds and inches lost.

                            Mrs - I didn't realize you were having issues with yeast and/or mold. Those can both be huge stallers. Glad you are taking the time to find the answers to your stall.

                            As for me, I've been away from the computer but I'm SO on track. I went to strength training tonight for an hour. I always feel better after a good workout. I made Linda's White Castle Hamburger Pie over the weekend and I was pleasingly surprised. It was tasty with some dill pickle relish and a dab of yellow mustard. My husband even enjoyed it. Tomorrow I will be making her green chicken casserole. With all these new food options I hope to never be bored

                              THeDogAteMyName-neither did I until just recently! A friend of mine also low carbing brought it to my attention and I started researching from there. I never would have thought!
