    Seiously back after 8 years

    Back after almost 8 years away and really determined. My daughter gets married September 13th and I WILL be under 200 pounds!

      Welcome back Ginny I am working towards a goal for my daughters wedding as well! It's nice to have something to be workign towards! I ahve a chart of my fridge marking off the days till the wedding adn the pounds I have to lose to get to mygoal for it ......... keeps me from reaching for something I don't need and really can't have!

              Goals are great! I had a goal to be a very different person when I turned 50. One of the things I needed to change was diet and exercise. I plugged away each day with that goal in mind. I made it and i have kept almost all that weight off a second year.
