So I'm back after a year... I keep going back to Atkins. I believe it works, because the first time I went on Atkins, I lost almost 35lbs. I got lazy and started eating again...
I love desserts, junk food, cakes, chocolate, etc... what happened?
Well, I balooned back, of course. I go back again to Atkins and I would loose a few lbs, then I'd get lazy again (sigh)
. I gained so much weight and I am now 165lbs. I'm 5'3 and I used to be 110lbs, but now... I'd be happy if I'm 135lbs.
I'm back
. I started Atkins again on April 15th, but I'm still the same size. I keep checking my scale, and I keep going down, then up on my weight.
A week ago, I was 158.5, then now I'm at 163
... My clothes don't seem to be loose and I can't tell the difference. Last week, I did "cheat" and ate one whole mango all by myself. It was sooo good, but I felt bad for "cheating"
...
When I succesfully lost weight the first time, (during induction phase) I lost about 10 lbs, I feel like I have not lost any weight this third time around, nor do I feel like my clothes are starting to fit better. I don't see any difference
I do feel good about not eating any carbs, no starch, no bread, no pasta, no rice... but I'm still the same size
Can someone tell me if this is normal during the induction phase to not loose so much weight? Is this possible? I don't think I'm doing anything wrong... I've been eating well and have followed the induction phase carefully. Any suggestions? Please help...
Thanks!
