  • Roll Call - Tuesday 29 April

    Hello all

    I should be jumping for joy this morning as I lost 2.5 pounds (since yesterday) and so am now in Onederland....

    Unfortunately, my dad is ill and was taken to hospital by ambulance yesterday afternoon so I hardly ate and am really worried.

    Anyway, I am obviously pleased I am now in Onederland.

    good morning. feeling great today. did my four mile "walk away the pounds" again yesterday. my body is feeling a little sore..thighs and even my back/core..which i am taking as a great sign!! haven't weighed...really curious but don't want to get discouraged if not much is happening. i'm really on a roll with working out. honestly, i've worked out everyday for the last 7 or 8 days-which is something new for me. but i am loving it.

    well i am off to work and my bag is packed with yummy treats..hard boiled eggs, bell pepper, avocado. i am prepared!! have a wonderful tuesday!

    and zara-congratulations on your weight loss. onederland!! amazing! you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

      Good Morning!!

      I woke up this morning with my body finally not feeling exhausted. I guess I just needed the day off yesterday. I am going to spinning this morning and then off the Sam's Club to do some shopping. Tonight is pilates and I can't wait.

      Zara: CONGRATS! Keep up the good work

      Mrs: Doesn't it feel great to workout?? It makes me much happier.. The only thing is that I pushed myself way to much in the beginning and got burned out.

        Morning all!!

        Feeling really good this morning. Yesterday, ran 3 miles and beat my best time (go me!) and followed it up with spin class - my legs were so tired, but man, it felt good!
        Today is playgroup at the park, sun should be out and it should be warm - totally looking forward to some warmer weather - 'bout flipping time!
        Planning on going to the gym and running and/or hitting the stairclimber and lifting.
        Hope everyone has a super fabulous day!!

        Zara - Sorry to hear about your Dad, hope he's OK - I'll keep you guys in my thoughts. Congrats on hitting onederland

          Good Morning everyone! It's been a good morning so far all though depresing weather here in Vermont ....... rain rain rain and just dreary! Day two of reinduction for me and alls well so far ........

          Zarabelle so sorry to hear about your dad, I am going through similar worries with mine and I know how it can wear on your emotions. I will keep him in my prayers. And a HUGE congrats on ONDERLAND!!!!!!

          Mrs_s Yes excercise is wonderful! I love the vigorated feeling it gives you sounds like you are right in that zone! Good for you!

          Nichole a day off definitly does the body good! Enjoy your shopping!

          Colleen congrats on beating your running time that great! Enjoy your playgroup in the park I would love to see the sunshine again!!!! We had such gorgeous weather last week we got spoiled.

            Posting a quick one - mainly because I feel like crud and haven't checked in for a week. I skipped P90X the last three mornings. I've got a little bit of a fever, running nose, achy bones, and feel like poo. Up two pounds too. I can probably thank an on-coming TOM for that. Anyhow, just wanted to let everyone know I'm still around and sticking with it! Have a great week STACers!

              Been away from the board for a few weeks. School has me stressed and I have finals coming in the next week. Blew my WOE several times but back on induction to clean up my bod and get back on tract (for the zillionth times it seems!)

                yesterday i lost a pound but this morning i had gained it back. oh well i wont be discuraged. today im going running but for only 1 mile and i have. good luck to the rest of you

                  Evening everyone. My computer is busted again so I'm logging on at work now. Things have been good. I did one of the Ketostick thingies and it showed that I have a trace of Ketosis so that's kinda good either I didn't get completely of Ketosis or I'm starting it back up; that's good to know that my weekend cheats hopefully haven't harmed my progress too much.

                  I'm doing good but I'm still seriously beating myself up for my cheating over the weekend. I'm trying to move on but it's hard to not be mad at myself.

                  I'm glad to hear you all are doing well. Zarabelle, so sorry to hear about you dad. I hope he's doing better.
