    Hey I guess I'll start the roll call. I love the roll call. It's such a motivator to see how everyone else is doing daily. I love it.

    I'm doing good today. My cheat from last week has stalled me a bit. The good thing is that I'm back in Ketosis all the way and I didn't gain any weight. So I'm happy I didn't gain... I'm just behind schedule. I'm two pounds away from my mini goal of 185, hopefullly I'll meet that in a couple of days (although I only count my weekly weight-ins).

        Checking in. DH just left with our DD taking her to her saturday activities leaving me home to study for finals I"ll be glad when they are over.

        I'm on induction because of a major school stress related cheat last weekend plus it's easier to be on induction during finals since I don't have to keep track of much food wise. I'll move up after this week. DH is with me so we are going to stay on the same rung at the same time.

        Anyway, not much else. Off to walk the dogs before sitting ALL DAY!!

          hi everyone!

          so i'm happy to report that i am down 4lbs in the last 2 weeks. the crazy depressing part of that, is that i am now at 148 again. my weight has been all over the place in the last month, but i feel like this is a good thing and i am well on my way. also, my waist is down an inch so this is a GREAT 148 lbs, a skinnier 148!

            Hi all...haven't checked in in a while. I am doing ok. I did cheat on tuesday but am back on plan and doing well. Weighed in at 162 this morning so i haven't really lost any recently but i know that slow and steady is the way to go.

              Having a great day! I measured this AM for the first time since 2/3~~~I've lost another 4.75 inches. The grand total is 50 inches. As Sunny pointed out to me that is over 4 feet! That is alot of fat!

              My knee is great. X-rays & physical exam were excellent. Got a steroid injection in my knee to help with the inflammation. My knee hasn't felt this great in quite some time! No surgery is the greatest news!!

                Hey guys

                Glad to hear everyone is on track today. I didn't get to workout today (yet) probably won't be able to because my 5 year old has the stomach flu. Poor baby I feel so bad for her.

                    glad to here everyone is doing well.I'm still on track. I work in a grocery store and
                    today i was tempted to cheat when i went to the deli and they had cheese cake setting on the counter for everyone to see, It was soooo tempting but i walked away and didn't

                      I am here and still on track. I have not really cheated in seven weeks (OK the really is qualified because I have, very rarely, licked a finger or had a single wasabi covered peanut at times, but I usually just add in a couple carbs to my daily total to compensate and have not had a deliberate "I know this is horribly wrong" cheat yet. So, where has it gotten me? Well I am down 6 pounds in 7 weeks--its not much but at 47, with hormones going wild, it is a triumph! I am also down 6 inches. So, I am definitely the tortoise and not the hare, but i will take it. I feel great, my cardios get longer and harder every week, and my muscles are coming back with regular lifting. I always feel so much better when I am doing this.
