    I'm starting roll call!! REALLY?? Usually I'm over here on the West coast of the U.S. signing in much later then many of you. If you all are sleeping I'm so jealous!!

    Still sitting at my computer finishing up projects and studying for finals. I can't wait until they are over. I think I've said that here a lot the past few days.

    Anyway, staying on induction until school is done. It's just easier. I seem to mess up once I go up the rungs and I need full focus to count the carbs and make that second nature. Also, I'm sitting on my behind a lot and not exercising so after school is over....

    1) Exercise

    2) Move on to OWL

    3) Sleep

    Probably not in that order!!

    Well looks like I'm starting roll call! Sweet!
    I'm doing well today. I slept too much today so I'm not going to be able to get my workout in before work , I'll be able to do pushups and abs but I won't be able to get any walking in. Oh well this will be my rest day.

    On another note... I met my second mini goal today! yay!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hope everyone else is doing well. Good luck to everyone and stay strong!

        Yea on the second goal!

        I'm still here. Just cranky. I had a great belly dance class last night. She worked us really hard and I'm sore just about everywhere. Apparently a lot of belly dance instructors don't insist on bent knees, but ours does. My legs are killing me after 1.5 hours of being bent! Even so, that class is so much fun.

        I'm still up 1lb which is really getting to me, but I sitll think I'll make it to the 180's eventually. Patience.

          Irish Mom - Congrats on hitting your mini-goal!!!

          Helloooooooooooo STAC'er pals! Not much new to report on. I am super sore today, but not sore enough not to get my run on this morning! It was so beautiful here, I ran 3 miles around the neighborhood and it felt fantastic!
          I have a bunch of stuff to do today, so no gym time. Tomorrow I have boot camp class

            Aloha!
            I'm still cranking away, and it looks like I may get an extension... whew! I will be so glad when I bring this project to a finish.

            I'm staying on plan with diet. I'm still not getting movement on the scale. I think I need to get through this major deadline and then look for some things to change and tweak. I'm staying very basic with most things. Probably I need to boost my metabolism with more exercise. Actually, a good run would be a great stress relief!

              Hi All.. I am here...Day 2 again for me... Doing good so far.. Feel like crap...but I know the light is at the end of the tunnel.

              Start bowling today on a league.. I use to bowl and stopped.. Decide to make time for me this summer.. Went to lunch afterwards with my team mates.. That was nice too...

                good afternoon everyone!

                just got home from work and i'm relaxing for a bit. i've been pretty stressed and anxious this past week...got offered a new job and i'm just in that stage of about to hand over a resignation letter to one place and about to shake hands and accept in the other. ahh. giving your notice of resignation always stresses me oooout. i can't wait until the weekend. things will be more settled and my family is coming into town.

                  Just checking in. I had spinning class this morning which wore me out but I am making myself go to pilates in a few minutes. UGH! I just want to go to sleep. Well, Gotta go..
