    TO be accountable i am letting everyone know that today is the first day of my restart, i pledge to do at least 2 weeks of clean induction and exercise at least 3 times a week!!

    welcome back! I think I am going to do the same! Are you doing any prep for the induction? any cleansing drinks, detox teas, etc? Just curious

      Ive been doing semi low carb for the past week or so, not really focusing too much on it. I went out last night and bought a whole bunch of veggies and some cheese, i still have lots of meat.

      There is a tea i really enjoy but its not a detox tea, its yerba mate from teaopia, its similar to green tee but has a lot more health benefits, i am going to start taking that one every night before bead.

      How about yourself??? Any prep for induction??
