    I think of and dream of how my body will look when its thin, toned and beautiful.

    I get these thoughts of wearing the most slinky lingerie without feeling shy, going to parties in fitted beautiful dresses that make people just stare with their mouths open, going swimming with a bikini, takin my clothes off and looking in the mirror and likn what I see..

    Do you think and imagine what you will look like and how you will feel and how you will be once ur thin? What are your thoughts? Please share this really helps motivate and we all know we need motivation!

    lol......there is an expression i often use, "if you see it you can be it." i agree with you in that visualization is a very important part of the process. they say that many great foul shooters (basketball) visualize themselves making the foul shot before they take it

      I totally imagine it. I don't want to go into specifics because I don't want to offend anyone but I imagine pretty much what you do whereami... I have a husband..so I'll let you put the two together! haha!

        I love it! LOL

        I guess I do imagine... being able to put on pants that fit, not having that back fat....having a wardrobe that I can pick up anywhere!!! You know, some stores carry such SMALL sizes and I'm a size 8-10-12, it gives me a complex!

        I would love to imagine myself in a summer outfit looking hot! Oh that just sounds wrong to me when I type it! LOL Maybe I need some time to get used to that! hahaha

          Psh, I know one thing.

          When I lose my weight, I'm so not going to be a prude.

          I'm gunna FLAUNT it

          I'm gunna buy me a pair of thigh high hookah boots, a corset that accents my newly defined waist, one of those sexi petticoat miniskirts or whatever, and I'm gunna swing my hips like they ain't nevah been swung before.

          Then at night I'm gunna put on one of those sexy see throuhg baby dolls that you find at walmart, or i might even buy one of those speciality outfits... like a french maid outfit And I'm gunna lay on the bed all luxioriously for my boyfriend to get home...

          I'm SOOOOO going to flaunt it when I hit my goal weight!!!

          ...
