      I'm just happy to report that I'm still alive. I've completed another intense workout and couldn't be more proud of myself Tonight I ran 2 flights of stairs - up and down 7 times each with 20 pounds (two 10# weights), wall ball (14 pounder) 50 times, 300 squats, 200 push ups 100 full sit ups and a squat/lift combo with a body bar. Eating is going well, but I'm finding myself barely hungry all day. It's a good and bad thing, but I make myself eat every so many hours. Things are going well and I plan on trying out new recipes next week - WOO HOO

        mimom...the only advice I have is to throw a bit more fat into your diet. I lose well when I have a few pieces of nitrate-free bacon or a hard boiled egg with a bit of mayo everyday. I don't eat either of those everyday (only examples)...just something that is high fat daily.
