    i was told it was bad to be in dark purple for so long ive been there for almost 8 days now is that bad i thought it was good and if it is bad what should i do

    That's a good question. I've been there for a while and I heard that if you're there long it means you're dehydrated but I've been drinking more than 64 oz. a day so I don't think I'm dehydrated.....

    Hopefully someone can answer your question (and now mine, haha).

        What do your counts look like, fat/protein/carbs?

        Just wondering because I've heard another reason could be that sometimes it's the burning of fat that will register...?? Also, does it matter when you actually take the reading, meaning is it different earlier or later in the day?

          I've been in the moderate range for 3 days. I also heard somewhere that it is best to take a reading in the evening. would love to know the correct answers to.

                So you are drinking your water how about eating your veggies; getting in your carb allowance. Remember, Atkins doesn't mean NO carbs.
