      Yesterday I had a minor visit to carbville. Don't know why~it just happened. Refuse to myself & refuse to psychoanalyze why. happens & today is a new day! Pushing the fluids, will walk more than I usually do & enjoy my day!

        Happy Mother's Day!!! Being a mother is a great gift of life and I cherish being so lucky to have that gift and to be able to bestow the gift of life upon my beautiful baby girl.

        I too had a minor visit to carbville yesterday. I'm back on track today although I gotta admit those Dairy Queen ice cream cakes are calling me!!! ugh! Stay strong everyone!

          happy mother's day to all you moms!! i miss mine terribly and wish i didn't leave all the way across the country from here today. everyone else gets to take her to brunch ! i will call her and she will tell me as she always does that she feels like i am there in spirit, even if i live 6000 miles away, which at times i have. moms rock!!!

            HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!

            Had a lovely night last night with my youngest. Spiked a temp of 103 around midnight. He is already on antibiotics for another ear infection, don't know what is going on. He has an appt. with his ENT on Tuesday to discuss tubes AGAIN (he had them put in a year ago March and they've already fallen out.)

            AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, the joys of Motherhood

            My 14 year old wrote me the best poem - Here goes...

            There's this woman who is so freakin cool,
            but she never lets me skip school.
            She's always helped through good and bad,
            and she even picked a good step-dad.
            She's never gone when I need help,
            and she even tells me when I smell.
            I know that she loves and she cares,
            and every morning she helps with my hair.
            Although I'm mean and sometimes angry,
            I remember she's always done the best for me.
            She is and always has been my hero,
            she tells me everyday that I'm not some zero.
            She worked hard for a good life for us,
            and I'm thankful, I'm serious.
            Boy am I lucky she's my Mother,
            because she's the best, I love her.
            She's support me even if I was gay,
            and I hope she has a great Mother's Day!!

            I LOVE IT! Made me cry, it was so sweet

            Should be a nice day today - I'm going to go running outside, stop for a starbuckies and hang with my homies.

            I hope everyone has a fantastic day!!!

                Good Morning Everyone

                Happy Mother's Day! We had a graduation party yesterday with TONS of tempting food. I almost gave in to a double chocolate frosted brownie with white and dark chocolate shavings on top but I didn't do it. I did good and had all induction legal foods. (I did have a few drinks though)

                I plan on having a relaxed carefree day today (Hubby is at work today ) So we will celebrate Mother's Day tomorrow.

                  What a sweet poem... It took him a lot of work to come up with that Hope your little one feels better.. Been there done that.. My daughter had tubes in her ears at 1,3,4 and 7... at 7 we took the tonsils too and it was the best thing for her..she has been so much better since then

                    Hi Everyone.. Happy Mothers day!... Well I started my morning off right.. Went out to breakfast..had a Western Omelet with a glass of water.. Well then.. I was at church..and I was leaving...and I didn't have any food with me and I was starving.. (gotta understand there is like NO where to eat quickly) so I gave in and had a Krispy Kreme doughnut.. Then hit Wendy's when I got to my side of town... Now getting ready to go to a family cookout...

                    Lesson learned...Bring something with me next time..
