Good morning everybody, whew I feel like I've been on a whirlwind....hard to keep up with everything. Eating well and am now slowly starting to bring back exercise...I biked yesterday, and will do something productive today!

Hi all. Things are not so good for me. I am stuck. Well over a month for sure. My measurements are not changing. I am frustrated and while i certainly do not want to quit, i need to do something because it's disheartening day in and day out. I know that 160 is not a bad weight necessarily. Certainly better than the 220 i started out at. But it's also not necessarily my ideal weight. I have a lot of fblab and fat hanging around that needs to take a hike so i know that this cannot be goal for me. Any ideas?

Spirit; Yeah for you for getting to 160! No, no advice... just keep on keeping on.
I had a good day yesterday. Induction was hard, I got hungry at work after eating my whole dinner, but stuck to plan and drank water and hot herb tea. I got in my 5 mile walk before work too. So that's good.
I'm running off to a mandatory CPR class now. Hope I can stay awake for it. Tired! Got home from work at 11:45 last night... hard to get up early on days like this!

Hey y'all its disheartening to fall off track so many times but this time its because I am in packing mode and i am soooo frustrated and have so much to do in so little time dont have time to keep track and measure out my food -- I have so many lists: what the baby needs on the plane, what the kids need on the plane, how to prepare the house for our 3 month absence, what i need to buy for myself then its like im thinkn what to do with my car and the plants and the garden...who will check on the house and how do i keep the pests from gettin in while we are gone!!!

Mornin all!
Freaking weather.... It's like 40 today. IT'S MAY FOR CRYIN OUT LOUD!!!!!! I love wearing shorts one day and a flipping parka the next. I gotta get out of here and move somewhere where there is some HEAT! Colorado is beautiful, but the weather seriously chaps my a$$.
Taking kiddie #3 to the ENT Dr. this morn - we'll see what happens...Hopefully something!
Other than that, a swell day so far. Going to the gym after nappytime and a whole lotta nothing after that!

Well, I feel very, very yucky! I believe it's a sinus infection. Couldn't stay home because we have state-wide testing all week here at school. They need all the help they can get. Haven't eaten much. Today, had legal veggie soup. Lost two more pounds, but I'm sure it's because I'm not eating. Maybe they'll stay off, maybe not. All I want to do is go home and go to bed! 2 more hours!cheri

Good morning,
I just sent the kids off to school and its my time to work. I think I'll take a quick run before the sun gets too strong. Lots to do because I'm traveling on Friday. I'm not sure how easy Atkins will be on the road. I will be in group meals in foreign lands. But I can do this.

Stayed on track today but didn't eat much either.Had a really long day at work 10:00 am to 7:00pm. I'm really tired. I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask a question but i haven't been in ketosis since TOM is this common? I hope everyone has a great night.

hello i ran 2 miles today and it took forever. and i had a cheat free day besides having half a stick of sugar free twizzlers, that gave me the super iron man gas. i finally worked up enough nerve to put up some pics so besides that my day was good
