    Hi yall,

    I am kicking off the roll call EARLY as I am heading into work unexpectedly. This of course means I will be taking a FAT nap later, but some things need to be attended to NOW!!

    Had an attack of getting into the whipped cream last night, so dragged my butt to the gym for 2 hrs after American Idol (I love Syesha and she got bad reviews...David Archuleta has a great voice but c'mon, he looks like an 11 yr old). Feel better that I worked out, but my body is EXHAUSTED and I was looking forward to falling into bed.

    I feel like Colleenieweenie with the pace of my workouts lately, I don't know how she keeps it up!!

    Good morning Stacers!

    Sorry you had to go into work partytime. I thought I would be the one to start roll call as I'm up due to being called in for a C-Section. I've got to go back to work for a bit @ 0700 but then I'm coming home for my big fat nap!! I'm running on 2 hours sleep.

          Wow! Lots of early birds this morning!

          I'm not feeling much better today than yesterday. I think the sinus infection is working it's way into my chest. Taking stuff to try and get rid of it, but may end up going to the doctor.

          Will be helping with state-wide testing all week. Some of it will be tape recorded. Won't I sound good hacking?

            hello! finally a moment to check in before i leave for work!

            i've been feeling good lately. busy busy though! i haven't worked out in a few days which sucks. i had been doing a lot of walking around (in awesomely uncomfortable flats might i add) yesterday and got home later than normal and just couldn't get myself up to work out. i have to get back into the swing though..before NOT working out becomes too normal.

            i haven't weighed in awhile. i hate the scale. i also hate that my clothes aren't really feeling any looser. i don't know...maybe they were just so insanely tight that it is taking awhile for them to actually be LOOSE.

              Good morning. A "fat nap" sounds great! I haven't been sleeping well lately and I can't seem to get back down to my "current" weight. Close but not quite. I ordered a bunch of clothes online and they arrived yesterday. I need to lose about 15lbs before they fit really well. Dh has joined the program again. In the last week he's lost 9lbs. When he eats low carb and exercises he does really well, but he doesn't stay motivated.

                Hi everyone

                As you can see from my 'Dad' post, it has been a rough old ride over the last two weeks but I feel I am ready to come back and post every day.

                I managed to stick to plan all through the worst part of Dad's condition (when it was critical) but then just went off food completely and had the most awful cramps in both legs that caused me to collapse myself! Since then (about 5-6 days), I have just eaten what I fancied which was not much and not necessarily low carb.

                Am back on plan today and feel I can eat the right amount of food. I have lost a lot of weight in the last couple of weeks but the worry has not been worth it!

                  Good Morning everyone

                  Feeling a bit sluggish this week and I just can't figure out why. I struggle to get myself going in spinning and feel like jello all day long. Pilates last night was somewhat easier for me though. I feel like I need to do some more.. Like I am not doing enough. I need Party and Colleen to come up here and get my butt in gear.

                  Wow.. Everyone is up early this morning. Mrs. S.. I feel like we are always in the same boat. I just always tell myself that I don't do laundry right and I am shrinking my clothes.

                  Cheri.. I am feeling a sinus infection coming on also. YUCK! I hate being sick.

                  Sheepie..I order some clothes off of ebay and UGH they came and of course don't fit. I don't have luck buying online.

                    Morning everyone! I was up late at work because it was West Virginia's Primary yesterday, I didn't get out of work until almost 1am. The baby was up by 6:30 today, so I took a nap/dozed while she watched sesame street, haha. Don't worry I don't do it very often. Anyway, I didn't get my morning workout in so baby and I will probably go to the mall when her dad gets home and walk a few laps since it's raining out or something.

                        You make me laugh! It's because I'm an anal retentive nut job!!
                        Now it feels funky when I don't go to the gym - I like pushing myself and seeing what my old momma body can do

                        Sooooooooooo..... I bought a bikini today - OMG! I haven't worn one for like flipping forever! I still have my lovely stretchies on my tummy from my urchins, but once my tummy gets tanned, it shouldn't be so bad. Plus, it came with a little sarong to cover the lower half up a wee bit I can't believe I did it - now I just have to actually wear it!

                        Have Boot Camp class tonight. Looking forward to a little butt kicking.

                        I feel pretty dang swell today - hope everyone has a ultra fabulous day!!!

                          Happy belated mothers day to all. I'm writing this in a breakneck frenzy--the last few days have been an absolute whirlwind. Tomorrow is my youngest daughters 1st b-day!! I'm all excited about it. Hopefully things will wind down this weekend and I'll be able to post properly then--btw, things aren't going so well--after dropping two pounds, I woke up this morning to see I regained a pound. I'm frustrated and the thought of cake and ice cream tomorrow is almost too much to bear.

                          I gotta run, the kids are pounding down the gate at the bottom of the stairs, lol. Wish me luck!
