    Good Morning Everyone!!

    I hope today brings happiness and determination to all of us. Let's all stay on track and do a little bit of extra exercise today. I hope everyone has a GREAT day! Off to spinning..

    Mornin all!!

    Another COLD day in my neck of the woods - totally ridiculous! It's May, I just bought a bikini and I'm wearing a freaking sweatshirt & socks- eww.

    OK, done with my whining... Last night's boot camp class was tough - I wanted to push it a little harder this week and feel great this morning!
    Today is my day off from the gym. Going to let my body rest and hang out with my chitlins and hubby - maybe go to BN & grab a starbuckies and TRY to read. Depends on how the boys behave. I'll probably want to slit my wrists by the time we're done, but at least I'll have my coffee

    Has anyone seen my period? Just checking... I haven't seen it since March. NOPE, not preggo- Hubby had a vasectomy - twice. As long as he's still setting off metal detectors, I figure I'm good

    Okie dokie - Hope everyone has an energetic, fun, positive day!!

      Today is my daughters b-day. I've already had a taste of icing and have decided a slice of cake is in my forseeable future. Tomorrow I'm jumping right back on my induction horse though. I'm planning to WAAAY up my water today and keep on track the rest of the day though sao who knows how tonight might turn out. I may just not feel like I need a slice of cake.

      My weight is still holding steady. No dramatic increases or losses yet but I'm dying to start a new exercise routine. I think I'll draw up a plan sometime today and stick it to the fridge. Anyone doing simple "beginner" type exercises they can share tips for?

          Home studying for my last final which is this afternoon. YEAH!

          Colleen-Missing period....maybe it's your intense exercise or time to ask your doctor.

            Hey, a little late checking in today. Going to the doctor this afternoon. Think it's turned into bronchitis. Yuck. Down 2 more pounds. This isn't really the way I wanted to lose it though!

            At least the sun is shining here in VA - but not for long! More rain on the way!

              Hi all, had a hectic morning making food for my ladies bible study. Last night I didn't sleep well, so I'm tired to boot! About to take a nap and then have to work 3-11 tonight. I really want to go take a long walk but then I'll be super tired and will fall asleep at work. Tomorrow I am going to take a nice long 5 mile walk... I love walking! I am missing it right now!

                Hi Everyone.. Colleen..one time I missed my period 3 months while doing Atkins..and then it hit...VERY HARD... I was in so much pain...

                Gotta take my daughter to the hospital tonight for a 9PM MRI on her ankle.. Yes you just read that right.... Hope I don't fall asleep waiting for her..lol

                  I walk a least a mile every morning with my 1 year old. She loves the time we spend together outside. She'll either play with a book/doll, eat some snacks I bring along for her, or take a nap. She loves it though. It's a good workout cause I'm pushing my 20 something pound kid around up and down hills. Maybe your daughter might like taking walks everyday with you? Just an idea!

                    Hope it's alright ladies and gents . . . but I'm jumping right in here! it's time for me to stop fritzin' around with this and go 110% . . .
                    Based on past history, I could easily qualify as a 'professional level dieter', but can't remember the last time I fit into size 12 jeans (1970's?). I've always felt so much better when I'm on a 'clean' Atkins- I wonder how I keep slip-sliding off. I think being more accountable to people who have the same kind of experiences will help, and hopefully I can be there for others, too.
                    I'm off to find a 'ticker' and set some goals!
