    Good morning STACers. I am here this morning, refocusing on my diet and exercise. I've really been exercising these last few days and struggling a bit on the food. Cold beer at sunset on the back porch.....hard to resist in this spring time. Low carb beer, but such un-needed carbs. Big bike rides off set it. But you know what, I can feel the "poor choice" of it all. It bugs me.
    Leaving for California this coming week. Taking my daughter on a trip of a life time with my sister. Our whole world is slowly changing, as dd finishes her jr. year in high school has two jobs for the summer and soon will be a senior.
    I continue to try and re-invent my life and goals. It's all good.

    Beautiful day here in Vermont! The sun is shining & the temp is perfect.

    Steaks on the grill tonight with fresh veggies in foil packs. I think a long walk is also on the agenda!

      our weather here in georgia is alittle cloudy but supose to get warm
      not sure whats on the menu today i think smoke pork chops got some cleaning to do cause it's off to work tomarrow ewwww

        Morning all!!

        Weather is suppose to be warm & sunny today - yahoooooooooo! I'm planning on lounging by the pool without having to keep track of little boys. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh...
        Went to spin class yesterday morn and man! it was super tough -probably the hardest one yet! I think I might commit to my spinning and buy the shoes - we'll see.
        Other than that - a whole lotta nothing going on today, which is OK by me. Not going to the gym today (although I might run the 3 mile trail around my neighborhood).

          Hi can I join in? Its nice to come somewhere and know I have some accountability and people that are going through the same things.

          Im in Arizona and its really starting to warm up, ick.. Makes going out to the horses just nasty so extra early mornings for me and late evening walks.

            Got to work today. Today is going to be a day of leftover foods. I'm going to try something my mom really likes...cucumber slices and cream cheese? Sounds interesting.

                Morning..

                Everything fell through with the boat we were suppose to get yesterday. It ended up needing more work then expected so we passed. It was a nice drive though. I didn't work out yesterday or today so I am going to kick it up a notch tomorrow and do extra. We ate at Texas Corral yesterday and I think I might have ate steak that was injected with something. It tasted sweet to me. I asked if it was and they told me no. I also had a salad with cheese and ranch on it that I know had carbs and sugar. YUCK! I tried to stay strict to induction but I might have screwed it up. Fresh start for me tomorrow.

                  Haven't been posting for a few weeks (although I have lurked) my emotional eating monster has been rearing its head and I have ben struggling to stay on plan.
                  But I haven't given up, just trying to do damage control at the moment.
                  Another 3 weeks of the insanity of trying to deal with studying for me degree, taking exam and teaching and them im free to focus on myself again!

                    Good afternoon, everyone-
                    Had a quick start this morning, heading to a walk-a-thon, but it was a beautiful morning for it! Had a bit to eat before going, but should have planned ahead better and brought more- so now it's 2:30pm, I'm home and RAVENOUS. That's my danger point. So I'm taking a deep breath, writing to you all, and then planning out how I'll take good care of myself the rest of the day . . .
                    I'll let you know how it goes
