    Good morning Stacers!

    I am struggling today & not sure why... Last night I ate 2 pieces of pizza & this AM 2 english muffins with peanut butter. I'm borderline panicing as I haven't found an apt. for my son. I have an emergency back up plan so really have no reason to get in a panic. Feeling frustrated...

    So my plan is to stay busy & out of the kitchen!

    Good Morning...Saturday finally..well I guess it's good.I have trouble eating on the weekends,eating enough anyway.Thats my biggest problem and why I gain and not lose.I'm just plain not hungry...So I've got to try my best to eat something good and not look at my sons junk cabinet!!!
    Morning OZ...My boys still home thank goodness he's 20 and I'm not ready to let him go..well he does'nt have to know that!!!lol.is your boy going to school...I don't mean to be nosy...
    As for being bad I didn't have pizza I had an Ice Cream from Dairy Queen,just a cone..but why did it have to be a LARGE ONE!!!!. now I'm not gonna anounce that in my journal..lmao!!!
    todays a new day.... I don't do that often but just the same I will behave!!!

        Had spin class this morning - thighs are a burnin! The fam and I are going to a luau at a pals house - should be a good time.

          Hey everyone! I didn't cheat but I did have a small thing of sugar-free (sweetened with splenda) ice cream. It was ok the only problem is that it triggered my sugar cravings so I gotta say buh-bye to the ice cream. Oh well!

          This evening we're going to a friends house to eat (meatballs, kielbasa!), watch the Pens vs Flyers game, a little of UFC and then me and baby will go home while hubby stays and plays poker.

          Eating on weekends is hard for me too. I think it's cause we don't really have much of a schedule like we do during the week. Anyway hope everyone is well and stay strong! For those who stumbled a little just pick up the pieces and move forward!
