    My desire is to be the best wife, mother and gramma I can be ........ eating on plan and getting my body in shape and healthy is a major part of that for me! In order to be what I desire to be for others I need to get right within myself first!!!!!!!

        I desire to be a successful professional, stay on this WOL, and be the best mother and companion I can be.

        I'm down 1lb. today!!! I really thought I'd be up too... I ate a lot of fake sugar crap yesterday...

        But oh well I'm down and not complaining

        I hope everyone has an awesome day! The weekend is just around the corner!! Woohoo!

          Good Morning

          I desire to be the best person I can be for my family. I desire to be healthy and happy and always try to have a positive outlook on life.

          I am getting ready to head out the door to spinning class.. I have become extremely lazy lately with exercise and eating habits. I have not stuck to my extended induction at all and exercise seems more like a chore to me these days. AH! I hope this passes real soon.

            My desire is to thrive! When thriving I am highly energized and I can function and operate best in my gifting and talents....the thrive cycle really is impacted by low carb eating and good exercise for me. I am absolutely convinced of this.

              My desire is to keep my eye on the prize, even if life is stressful.

              Today is a gorgeous sunny one so I'm gonna take advantage of it and bring the kids somewhere. Enjoy your day!

                Morning ladies & gents! Hmm...my desire is to just succeed, I've tried this so many times with inflated hopes only to abandon the WOE about 4 weeks in. Not this time however! I'm down another pound, holla!

                  Morning all!

                  I desire to be a hot wife and one of those hot mamma's (ya know the kind that people sing about..."Jessie's Mom", haha!) How superficial can I get? I want to be someone that my kid(s) won't be embarassed to be seen with. I want to be someone that is a healthy role model.

                  THings have been good, I think I've finally been able to pinpoint what I've been doing wrong and why I haven't been losing. Still not sure if I'll make the Independance Day Challenge Goal. We'll see!

                  Today is my friday!! WOO HOO!! 1 more week of work and then it's off to Colorado! Yay!

                    Morning all!

                    Heading out to the pool in a few. Hubby has the chitlins and Mom gets some "quiet time" - much needed might I add...

                    Boot Camp last night was fun, hard, but fun Today plan on running around the neighborhood - taking the day off from going into the gym.

                    Let me just vent for a minute. Yep, I'm losing weight. I exercise a lot. I am the healthiest I have ever been in my entire life. I love what I'm doing. What I don't love is wasting money on clothes that don't fit 2 weeks after purchasing them. I am super cheap. I just tried on shorts, size 4, that I just bought - and they're WAY too big. Size 3 pants - WAY too big. Size 2 pants - BIG. I look ridiculous in my clothes. My boobs are gone, I have "boney chest" now. Even with a push up bra, I have a huge a Tori Spelling size gap between my boobies. I know, tough life, 'eh? None of my clothes fit and I don't want to buy more if I continue to lose. Sorry, if this seems trivial. I am the cheapest person I know, I HATE wasting money... OK, I'm done.

                    Alrighty then - heading off to lay in the sun and aquire some harmful rays. Enjoy your Thursday everyone!

                        I am Here! Down another inch and a half but no pounds yet! Decided to really tighten the reins for a couple of days to seee if I have just gotten sloppy with my counts. I also have banned splenda from my diet for a couple of days. Real food only. Want to see if it makes a difference. Recommitted after reading the stickies in the main forum. Remembered why I am here and why it succeeded the first time. Never wavered in deed but feel less discouraged after your good wishes and the stickies.

                          You know chinadoll, I tried the stevia in place of splenda and all I can say is WOW. It tastes better and doesn't affect me in the least--with both stalling and cravings. If they carry it in your market it's definitely worth a try.

                            i'm here. not sure what happened yesterday, just forgot to check in i guess?!?! i am just finishing day 10. somethings wrong. i am eating by the book, exercising, have been in ketosis since day 2 and i am just absolutely wiped out. like literally can't get out of bed tired. i am takings a super b, l carnitine, co q10, fish oil, flax seed oil, and a multi. any ideas? i think i will post a more in depth post on the induction board but i am all up for anything anyone thinks will help.

                              Amazon, how many calories are you consuming? Could it be that you are not eating enough? How is your water consumption?
