OKAY I am here again, and I have fallen and fallen hard--but this time around I have finally found what is wrong with me, I have no self-esteem or self-confidence. Support is another thing that I really need, so I have chopped that away with this wonderful site. Ahhh now that I have found what I need, now this is my motivation:

MY HAPPINESS. I have finally discovered that if I am not satisfied in life how can my life go on? I have learned not to live to eat, but to eat to survive. I can and will succeed not I will try! That is no longer a part of my vocabulary list!!!

My motivation came when I saw a picture of me sitting with my children at the Memorial Day Parade 2007 There was 6 people in the picture but all I saw was BIG FAT ME ....... I have four still at home and 3 grandchildren with another on the way in July and I need to be healthy and fit to keep up with them all. I was sick of having my shoestrings off to the side because I couldn't tie them straight. Sick of feeling like a beached whale whenever we go to a lake or pond as a family. I want my husband and children to feel proud to intorduce me to their friends not embarrassed. Heck the list goes on and on ........I've wanted and wished for all of those things for along time but that day June 1st a year ago something just clicked and it all came together for me ....... definitly inner drive is the key .....
