    Good Morning!

    All week I have been saying I feel lazy.. Well, I woke up this morning sicker then a dog with a stupid cold (sore throat) YUCK! I have noticed that I am way more in touch with my body now that I am back on Atkins. Anyone else?

      Good Morning everyone!!!!! Today I am focusing on geting back on track with my aerobic type excercise ...... I've been sticking to my challenges but doing very little of anything else ...... time to refocus!

      Yesterday I was out most of the day doing things for Courtney's wedding. All the girls got fitted for their dresses altering yesterday I put pics in my journal ....... it's getting so close!!!!!!

        Good Morning All.....
        Like you Heidi.....I hate to admit it but I'm slacking in the excersize dept. myself, I do all my challenges get my miles in throughout the day even my pedometer challenge I hit over 12,000 everyday...but I feel I need more but I get bored with my Tapes/DVD's..has anyone tried the slim 6. I saw a few minutes of the infomercial but I know how those work you get sucked in...I have the Jillian Micheals from the biggest loser she's a killer but again after a little bit I get bored.
        Today's my 1'oclock out a work day ...I hope everyone enjoys the sunshine

          good morning!!! yay it is friday!! and i have a short day today so woo!!! that was my motivation for getting out of bed haha.

          but speaking of motivation...man i don't know where my motivation to work out has gone! nichole-i think it is contagious lol because i have felt so lazy and blah about it. the last few weeks my dvd's were in everyday after work, no questions. and as of late i am just not feelin' it!!! i gotta get back into gear!! i was on a roll. i have a wedding in a week in a half and i have to make a strong finish!

          i was going through my closet last night and tried on a few dresses that are my favorites. i've been monitoring how the fit the last few months, and things have gotten better but they were still kind of not wearable. well i tried on yesterday..nervously asked hubby to zip me all the way...and wooo!! they fit! AND i think they are okay to wear!! yeeah!! i think i will wear one to the rehearsal dinner for the wedding i have coming up next week.

          alright,

          today i vow to WORK OUT! someone make sure you ask me about it tomorrow.

            boy you guys get going pretty early around here! I am up and have a tender back today. Worked in the yard yesterday and pulled something. Just my luck! All is well

                I am here. I have abandoned my artificial sweeteners and crystal light and have rediscovered plain ole water as my sole moisture source. (OK I still have one cup of JAVA in the morning) Did 6 miles this morning before breakfast.

                Charlene, I know of a couple of folks (one being Brooke one of ADBB's moderators) who used Slim in Six and really thought it was a terrific workout. If you dont want to order through the crummy beach body site, you might be able to get it through Amazon without the hassle. I have thought about it myself.

                  Mornin' all. I'm hanging out with the kids today. My oldest passed his end of grade math test with a 4 and was one of two in his class to have the highest scores across the state. We are very proud and decided to let him enjoy a nice long weekend.

                  It's gonna be a warm one today and I plan on taking them somewhere--where though is another thing, lol. I'll figure it out after my shower.

                    Morning everyone! Well I'm still 181 for the last week but I measured myself and I have lost some inches, so I'll take it!!!

                    My weekend has already started, yay! We don't have any big plans. We need to go shopping for a christening present, birthday present, and new luggage for our trip to Colorado next week! Yay!

                    I was going to make meatballs this weekend with some spicy bratwurst but my genious self forgot to look at the ingredients and low and behold there is corn syrup in the bratwurst?!?!?!?! That stinks cause I love those brats. Why would someone put corn syrup in them? Grrr. Guess it will be stir fry tonight.

                      hi all,

                      i'm officially joining you in STAC. i've been away for a while and looking for love in all the carb places, you know?

                      i'm starting induction on sunday, have been gearing up for it the past few days with cleaning out the pantry and all, making my new shopping list, etc. i feel pretty good since i started exercising again 2 weeks ago ahead of this undertaking and i'm committed like never before.

                        day 11 for me. still exhausted but i have the next 5 nights off work. hoping that it is just lack of sleep and all will be well next week. i won't weigh until monday to find out my what i lost in my 14 day induction. i won't be checking in until then either, going to wisconsin and can never seem to find wifi???? have a great weekend everyone.

                            Hi I am here checking in.. Not doing Atkins but here.. I too have a really hurt back.. Its been hurting me off and on for 3 weeks.. well after I cleaned windows, blinds and curtains its really bothering me
