    Good morning!

    Okay, well first off I had a crummy day yesterday. I won't go into details, but we'll just say crying was involved... a lot. But I'm over it

    In the midst of my self pity yesterday I uttered, "I want icecream."
    And I didn't do it

    Two hours later, still pissy and crying, I uttered, "I want pizza."
    Didn't do it

    And I realized what an awesome discovery I made... I let that little demon in me show himself. In my weakest point he came out of my mouth like "Feed me feed me" But my conscious mind took note of it, and I would not let him win this one. I thought to myself even, "Nice try. I'm not doing it."

    This is such an internal battle to win your life back from the little bastard who's been running it for so long... And, yay me, I realized how to find him and squash him

    I hope everyone has an awesome Saturday!

    good morning. i'm off to the hair salon in a few! yay. i love getting my hair cut.

    well i can finally say that yes i worked out yesterday!!! got 2 miles in. hope to keep it up today as well.

    enjoy the day weekend!

        I don't have much time because my darling son is a drama queen. He's sitting up in the crib right now throwing me kisses so I'll pick him up, and alternating between that and throwing a fit because I'm sitting here on boyfriend's laptop.

        Today I have planned to take him shopping with my mom. I want to get him his own toy laptop, as he's taken an interest in Daddy's laptop and that can be hazardous to the buttons. Also I'm going to shop for induction stuff and giving away the angel hair pasta, canned mandarins and assorted other things that were in the cupboard.

        This isn't going to be easy because boyfriend only weighs 160 and is a total hunk who doesn't need to lose a pound, and he eats as such. But I'm going to be posting on here more often and checking in with you guys and doing my best to stay on track.

        A good thing too is he said that while he's at home he's going to try not to bring tempting things into the home. And my mom last night told me that I should try and stick with this, because I have my son to live for. AND I got sick as a dog last night after doing pasta for dinner and taco bell for lunch, really bad.. like a white hot pain in my gut.

            glad to see you're committing astepatatime
            It won't hurt anyone to eat this way... 160 or not... my 6'3 185 lb. fiance eats with me like this so does my son, but I know he gets carbs at school and DF eats at home too (we dont live together)

            but yeah, as long as he doesnt bring trigger foods around you, you should be sitting pretty

                Just jumping in this afternoon to say "Hello" this is about my 10th restart. No excuses I am just going to do it. I started this morning and have had a great day so far and staying on track.

                  Evening everyone! Hope you all are well! I'm doing well. Finally was able to fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes It had been so long I forgot I had all that clothes. I was about a 22 when I was my biggest w/ baby. I'm back in my 18's which are loose! So the scale may not be moving but the inches are!!
