Re: Exercise: How Much Do You Do?
I do Crossfit Football MWF. Which entails some type of heavy lifting first, like: 3x5 squats, 3x5 press, 1x5 deadlift, ect. Then it is on to the WOD (workout of the day), which normally is some type of metcon (metabolic conditioning). You can check out crossfit.com or crossfitfootball.com. Crossfit is unlike anything I have ever done, if you think you are in shape give it a try and you will be humbled. I know I was, and still am.
Then about 4 times a week I go on a 45 minute walk with my finance at night.
And on the weekends if I can I go ride motocross, which is a butt kicker itself.
