  • Back after a tough pregnancy

Hi all! I had to stop losing weight because of my second baby, Victoria. Now that she is 3 months-old and am done with breast feeding, I am ready to take good care of myself and get in shape ONCE AND FOR ALL! I had never, ever been this overweight in my life (I have always been overweight, but I made a record this time!) and now that I am close to my 40s, losing it is becoming harder and harder.

My reasons to know that I am definitely gonna make it this time are:

    1) I am happy as I have no cravings for sweets or junk food and am not hungry most of the times. This certainly helps me to be consistent.
    2) I want to become a 165lbs hot babe for my 40's birthday (2 yrs to go!).
    3) I seriously want to give my daugthers a good example of how they should take care of their bodies and never mess up with it for health's sake and their own happiness.

I just completed my first week of induction. Check my results below .

Welcome. You're off to a great start. I stopped Atkins when I was pg too and ended up at my all time high weight. Congratulations on the new baby and you're a great example.

Re: Back after a tough pregnancy

Thank you all for your great support. It is really important for me. I was told that baby fat is hard to lose, but never believed it was SO hard. Before having my babies, I used to lose inches off my waist quite easily. Now, it's being VERY difficult! Does anyone here has had the same experience?

I think all fat is hard to loose. It takes committment, will power, focus and determination to work through til all that fat is melted! You can do this, one day at a time!
