  • long awaited whoosh

Well after whining last week I went back to basics and got rid of all artificial sweeteners. I also upped my water and I got a three pound whoosh! Yippee!

Yah!!! And you learned that your body does not tolerate artificial sweetners. Weigh to go!

Yes, though that now limits my choices a bit for later on. But actually I am not a big sweet eater. I took three boxes of Splenda back to China with me and had almost all of one left plus two unopened boxes. So I guess I can do without sweeteners most of the time and save it for a very rare treat. Better for me in the long run anyway.

Congrats, chinadoll! Now that you mention the artificial sweetners...I think I am gonna do the same, as that might be the reason why I am not losing weight. The rest of my menus is fine, after being checked by Atkins "seniors". I'm not cheating at all, the only problem might be sacarine and Splenda, which, btw, I am not even abusing. I'll check and let you know, guys.

That's great **ChinaDoll**!! Congrats to you!!
Some people stall on weight loss when it comes to artifical sweetners. You cut that back, or out totally, and you will get that weight loss going again! I guess I might be one of the lucky ones. I can use Splenda, and it wont stall me.
