    If you're obessed, the best answer is none. Nuts are my downfall and it's better if I just avoid them altogether. If you have what I lack, self control, then 1oz is about 22 almonds. You're not in induction, are you? If so, then none.

      Day 3 here for me and I am feeling AWESOME! Had a wicked headache last night but I toughed it out, didn't take any Motrin and I woke up feeling great today. Woohoo!

          Hi everyone..just checking in.. Suddenly 3 days goes by and I realize that I haven't even come to the Atkins board.. Not on track.. and boy can I feel it.. I have had major blood sugar issues.. I have family that will be here first thing in the morning.. Sons graduation tomorrow... Party on Saturday and by Monday I am going to get myself back on track!

            Hi all, Jess, I liked your comment about patience. I vented a bit last week, but have never wavered in my commitment or faith that it will work! Just that sometimes you do hate the wait. I am not focusing on the scale this time (well its not my primary focus). I am more focused doing the rungs correctly and really learning to live the lifestyle. This is a bit of a departure for me, but I feel less pressure to succeed or make a goal in a certain time limit (this can be a real motivation killer when you dont meet those goals) Although I do sometimes get impatient, I really feel more comfortable and content with the WOE than ever before. Hopefully this is the mindset I need for long term success.

              I honestly don't know what phase I am in anymore. I want to be in extended induction.. But adding nuts and more veggies is actually helping me lose a few more pounds. I still eat all induction friendly foods with the exception of nuts. I have been doing induction since around Easter. (1 week before I think I started) I also added tofu. I have never read the Atkins book and kinda just do it on my own. I guess it is time to invest.

                Morning ppl! Today is a wonderful day, inspite of the cloudy and rainy view outside my window. No special reason...I just feel good and need to express it. I am following my plan 100% perfect and I feel that the amazing results in my body are about to come...it is just a matter of time. TodayI intensified my training session - jogged in-place with Wii Fit 30 mins(HIIT during the last 10 mins) and step dance for other 10 mins.I *really* hope this is what my body needs to take off once and for all!
