  • June 1, 2008 Starters

    hi all-

    there were quite a few of us who started on the same date, so i thought we could have a seperate thread to periodically check on each other. please do post here if you want. i apologise for missing some of you that did post about buddying up!

        Morning lulubell...
        I am doing well so far. Still tired but the migraine is gone..just a bit of a headache today. That will pass and then I will be feeling great.

        I have pm'ed misty twice and haven't heard back.

                  Thanks for the pep and support wow in 7 months you lost 60lbs, I noticed that you and I are not to much differnce in weight and in a goal I weigh 237.5 my goal for October is to hit 160 I feel this would be a healthy weight for me, do look forward to seeing you on here so we can exchange motivation to one another.

                    I look forward to seeing your success Yvette! Be aware that that lose was done with NO cheats. And I climbed the rungs. I did not do extended induction. YOU CAN DO IT!

                      on your two week induction did you cut out caffenie? I am having a hard time with cuttin out sugar free jello, and diet 7up!

                        hi there all june starters! today is my day 6. i'm feeling really quite good. i have an easier time getting up in the morning and i've noticed that the dark circles under my eyes are getting lighter! cool!

                          O'La hope everyone is doing fine on this wonderful Friday! The weekend is here for those of you that work M-F and well here in San Antonio the suns a shinning!
                          This is my second cheat free day-YEA ME!!!! My co-worker and I are helping on another out with getting healthy! So we are gona start walking around the block after we eat lunch so that will be a joy to exercise with someone. I will succeed this time!!!! Dont forget to drink that wonderful wonderful water!!!

                            Here I am...5th day. Doing well!

                            Yes, Yvette, last time I cut out the caffenie. And all artifical sweetners too! Though later on up the rung I added those things back in moderation. Diet pop was only if I was out in a resturant. Never bought it into the house. I think I added coffee back in on the dairy rung...along with splenda and some heavy cream. That is a bad rung for me...LOL!

                            Be aware that aspartame can stall some people so try to cut it out as much as you can. And also you are limited to 3 servings of it a day.

                              Hi all,

                              Can I join? I am new with the forum. I started 6/02 , F 35, 5'0, SW 202. Today is 194. I have not cheated. I am drinking at least 64 oz of water a day, a multivitamin, no diet anything, and cardio for 30 minutes daily.

                              I am eating about 4 times a day. I am eating very strictly. Meat, fish, chicken, salad, cheese,eggs,decaf coffee and peperonni.

                              First two days were horrible. Now I feel better. I am planning to do this induction phase for 7 more weeks.

                              Reading these messages really motivates me.
