    Good morning everyone!

    I think I'm in ketosis again, I woke up just fine at 6:30am... Since my off day (June 1st) I have had trouble waking up...

    Something that I find hilarious/mildly annoying/odd is that whenever I go in ketosis I get hiccups the entire day. Anyone else get this?

    Yesterday, the first time I got them (out of 4x yesterday) I was laughing in beween hiccups because I knew "Yay, okay I'm going back into ketosis." This is probably the 9th time I've gone into ketosis, and no joke, I get the hiccups EVERY time. And, I'm not a hiccup-prone person. In the past 4 years I've proably got un-atkins-related hiccups MAYBE twice.

    I just thought this was a crazy phenomenon (sp?) and wondered if I shared that with anyone else out there...

    Good Morning! Day 4 here - feeling good! Been up since 330am here, already got lots of stuff done. I have a dr's appt then my my 6yo has an appt right after - so I packed up lunch since I'll be gone most of the day.

      Mornin!

      Gloomy, ugly day here. Body is tired from Spin & Boot Camp classes yesterday. Today, I might take the day off from the gym an enjoy a bit of retail therapy

        Checking in....

        I ate too much yesterday i think. I feel all bloated...lol!

        I did loose 1 more lb so i guess that's good. My legs are killing...i had to really push myself to do all that exercise again yesterday...not to mention into my 4 lap at the track it started pouring rain. It felt good...but wearing drenched clothes for 6 more laps was not fun...lol

            good morning all. day 5 for me. usually by now, my rings are a bit looser, but it's TOM so i'm guessing that i'm retaining water. otherwise, good.

            never had the hiccups with ketosis, only if i drink something carbonated.

              MORNING!! I was having a good morning until I came across an extreamely ignorant post on this forum (I think yall know which one I'm talking about). Hope I wasn't too harsh on the reply but seriously people like that just tick me off!

              ANYWAY.....feeling good today, trying to get my water in. Have a good morning all!

                hiccups!!!! OMG i had them so bad on day 2, i don't remember having them when starting induction the other 3 times i have begun this woe, but this time i did. i rarely have them but got them about 4 or 5 times that day.

                getting a late start once again today...but a good start so far.

                    Hello. Had a rough day yesterday. Theres been no loss for the past week (7 days) and that was annoying. I've been good in the face of birthday cake and people trying to shove lasagna at me! I do drink diet drinks and I do sometimes have saltier foods like sausages, but mostly I cook hamburger, steak or chicken, or canned tuna. I eat my salad. Ive only had nuts once. I have cheese only sometimes since Im not a huge fan, and I rarely use cream. Ive never cheated. I just want a WHOOSH!

                      Afternoon! I hope everyone's having a good one!

                      I did my 2 miles and now I'm looking at a stack of papers I need to go through. At least I got to go to the park with my youngest for lunch. It was really cool being able to eat our lunch together and then she played with her friends while I read a good book. I'm so glad it's almost summer!
