After a half-assed attempt at the Atkins way of life last year, I've come back, slightly humbled and ready to try again. I feel that I'm in the proper mindset to actually succeed this time; I'm more committed to getting healthier than I have ever been, and I have the support of my friends and my family--and this board!--to see me through the tough times. Good luck to everyone else starting or re-starting!

good luck to you, a great outlook can go a long way. one has to be ready for change to truly start to change. you seem like you are ready to make that leap. good for you, there are some great people on this board to draw support from. feel free to post any questions, concerns, and results.
