    I didn't see a thread so I figured I'd start one! I don't have any great motivational words for you though

    Day 5 here... still on track and looking forward to Monday so I can weigh in and see what I've lost!

        Hi all.. Made it through the graduation ceremony last night without crying.... thats a good thing...lol Still have the party to get through tomorrow and its going to be hot hot hot...102! with a heat index of 115..and did I mention the party is outside.. UGH!

              Just curious, has anyone noticed mood changes? I've been feeling much more cranky and depressed (I'm on day 5)

                Hi all! I'm checking in too. Feel kinda down as this is my second week with induction and I am not noticing any changes. My menus have been checked and rechecked by ppl that has been on this WOL for a long time, and there are no mistakes. I am NOT cheating at all...believe me...I have the proper mindset and I don't have any cravings (only for diet coke, and I am controlling that). So...God knows where the problem might be...maybe I have a strong metabolic resistance...

                  day 5 here, still going strong....hot here in ohio too today. atleast 95 degrees. did some stair climbing @ parents house....lol. 10 trips down and back up. got my challenge exercises done yesterday, but instead of walking DH and i went to batting cages for about 30 mins. trying to think of way to change up exercise a little to keep from getting bored. eventually hubby and i want to join a gym, but due to some health issues he doesn't want to now and i am not gonna join until we can be there together.

                    Hey everyone! Couldn't get on at all yesterday. I went through some serious withdrawal! Been really busy the last couple of days getting ready for vacation!!!! YAY!!!!! Talk to you all in a week!! Woohoo!
