        I'm here today~~~just hangin out. To hot to walk so I'm hoping it cools off this evening. Got my sit ups & push ups done for the day.

          good afternoon all. i'm here, it's day 7 and i'm feeling good. it's hot here today in ohio, but i'm thinking about getting out and working in my flower garden. tomorrow is weigh in day, but i don't want to know what i weigh yet. DH is gonna look at the scale for me(while i keep my eyes closed) and write it down, i don't truly want to know until after my 2 weeks are up. i do want to chart each weeks results though as i have in the past just to compare.

            I'm here! I just got back from Walmart and picked up a new "water jug" which is 1/2 gallon. Picked one up for everyone (hey $2 - I can deal with that!).

            I'm recommitting myself to this WOE. I've lost the 1st 40lbs but really want to get the rest off. Everyone keeps telling me how great I look and as much as I love it, I think it's made me lazy.

            Joe mowed a 1/2 mile path around the field for me yesterday - but it's too hot to walk it - so I will see if it gets ANY cooler later this afternoon. I might actually swim some laps in our pool to start toning. Joe was telling me that I look great - but I need to tone it up - and he's right about that.

            Oh well gotta run

              I'm here....sore, but I'm here. I was up and out the door to hit the pavement to get in my miles today early. I'm glad I did, I think I actually might have that *gasp* energy coming back!

                  I'm here too! Day 7 for me, I'll weigh in tomorrow am. Its gross and hot here today, we did groceries this morning and I'm looking forward to some steak for dinner - yummy!

                    Day one back on plan and doing well. Lots of water and very little diet soda, that will go tomorrow and I will be only on water, trying to take a day or two so the headaches and fatique will not be as bad and have to babysit at four tomororw and want to be awake to watch the baby, lol. Once she leaves, anything left will do down the drain. Caffiene withdrawel causes severe fatique in me, so I figure some of this week will be rough, but by weeks end, all the bad stuff will be out of my system and I will be feeling much better.
                    Good to be back and looking forward to feeling so much better by weeks end.
