    Good morning Stacers!

    Why does Monday come so quickly? Oh well it is here & I must deal with that reality!

    My agenda today is to listen to my inner self & to my body. To pay attention to my own needs & put those first. I need to make myself more of a priority. I believe when I do this I will then be in a better position to help the other people in my life. Is this selfish ? Absolutely NOT!!

    Have a wonderful day. We are trying to stay somewhat cool here in Vermont where we are having August weather.

    Morning all! Today starts my super hectic summer schedule! 9 hours of class, 2 jobs...you know, the usual. To all the super busy ladies & gents this morning, WOOOOHOOOO! Holla!

      Good Morning.. I made it through yesterday cheat free...It was so hard.. I am major sugar issues... But I wanted to tell you about a website I saw on Rachael Ray the other day its called www.weightview.com and what it does is you send them a picture of you and they send you a virtual weighloss picture of up to 50lbs weightloss would look like on you.. So I have mine printed out and sitting here on my desk..

      Sometimes I get so overwhelmed cause I need to lose 100+ but 50lbs would be a HUGE difference on me.

      Very hot here in VA...over a 100 today...going to stay cool in the house.. Have a great day!

      Oh..Last week of school...woo hoooo.. I don't know who is more excited me or my daughter!

        good moring all, my vacation is over and it's back to work today. i got up early today and got my walk in, so now it's time to finish breakfast, take my shower and off to work i go.

          Morning!

          Just got back from spinning class. I LOVE IT! Today is my son's birthday so I have the temptation of cake again. I did have a few bites yesterday at a graduation party. AHHH! Why is it cake that I give into?? I am up a few pounds but I think TOM is close by. (Mrs S ??) Well, Off to a super busy day. My daughter is graduating from Kindergarten at 10 so I have to get going..

            Day 8 here... I weighed and I'm not thrilled with the results but I do know that the lack of excercise is making the difference. Not a whole lot I can do about it though, since my foot is in the walking boot and its so painful. Grrr! At least I had a loss though.

            Going to be nasty hot here again today, I'm off to drop some books at the library and pick up some new ones!

                Morning all!

                Today looks pretty good outside - might take the kidlets to the pool. I finally made an appt. to talk to my gyn about where my period has vanished to. We are going on 3 months - not that it's a sucky thing, just want to make sure all is OK.

                Have Boot Camp class tonight. Looking forward to some strength training and a little hiney beating as well

                Mimom - I love Spin class too! I take it 3 days a week and have seen major results - my legs and hips look SO much better!!

                  I am here. Lost 10 pounds on my first week. Pretty good for it not being my first time. I think my first time I did nine pounds. Anyway...will be happy if I can get another 3 pounds this week.

                    Good morning.

                    We went to Chicago for the weekend to meet up with a bunch of people. I sorta expected to cheat on Saturday, but I was so good!! The hotel had a buffet for breakfast, so the usually eggs and bacon and sausage were there, but they also had a big plate of smoked salmon which I love, and a variety of cheeses. Yum! I was worried about dinner at an Italian restaurant, but I had a nice salad and then chicken breasts and sausage with peppers and mushrooms in a clear garlic sauce. Yum Yum! I had a great weekend and it was no hardship at all to stay on track! Didn't lose any weight, but it could have been a disaster.

                    Didn't plan well today at all, so it's almost time for a quick trip to the grocery store salad bar. Tick tock tick tock, waiting for lunch.

                        Good Morning. Got up at 6:30 to beat the heat walking. Don't know how people in Florida do it. Got in five miles and then treated myself to a haircut and manicure (my first one ever!) Have a good day!

                          Good morning everyone! Congrats on all the success stories this weekend! I myself managed to avoid the cake at church yesterday. Yeah me!

                          Today is day three of another restart (and I'm down 3 pounds!). I've been having such a hard time lately, but I feel great and super motivated. I do think the difference is that I'm making sure I eat more fat this time. The last few restarts I've been shying away from fat and I truly believe it's making a difference. I'm not even having too much in the way of sugar lows. But.....today is day three and for me that traditionally a baaaaaaad day. I'm keeping my fingers crossed though and I'm not going to let negative thinking derail me.
