    Re: tired!

Hi there, I too am part of the 15th time around club (although it may be more than that by now). I'm having a bit of an easier time (day three for me) and I'm sure it's because I'm eating more fat.

Eat that butter, you may be surprised!

          Re: tired!

Girls, whatever happens, don't give up! It is normal to feel tired the first couple of days until our bodies start using our own fat as the main energy source. Probably you already know this. But, don't let this be the reason to quit. Eating more fat is a good idea as it triggers lipolisis/ketosis. However, do not abuse...eat enough to feel satisfied.

You go girls! We are all gonna make it, no matter how many times we need to try! This is the way to lose weight sensibly and happily!

            Re: tired!

Hi everyone! This is my 9th day on Induction, and let me tell you......it's been a hard ride for me! I had lost 14 as of yesterday, but.....I was so sick to my stomach, I couldn't even eat 1 carb a day! Just water! My stomach was just so sick, my intestines were constantly rumbling, bloatedness up in my lower ribs. It was awful! A friend of mine told me to start taking probiotics that you can get over the counter. This is my second day on them, and let me tell you....I feel great now! No stomach problems today at all!! I also have an appetite back, which is good. I am still constantly in dark purple in ketosis. I am now up to about 13-15 carbs today. So, I know it's rough, believe me.......but hang in there, you can do it! WE can do it!!

P.S. you will feel sluggish and tired, but it will pass!! Don't give up!

Wow, misty, you are SO lucky, girl! I had my stick dark purple only once and that's it. I must be metabolically resistant. Nevertheless, I am losing inches and a few lbs and have small apetite, so I am definitely in lipolisis/ketosis.

                    Re: tired!

Good point about the appetite canela70! I can tell I'm doing it right when I'm hungry when I need to eat and that's about it. It's a strange feeling to actually forget about food for a few hours. Normally I would be planning my next fix before I was done the one I was on. Sigh.....why do I ever go off plan?
